Won’t be using Tinies again.

I had such a fantastic experience with this nanny agency from start to finish. The team was incredibly supportive, professional, and genuinely invested in finding the right match for me.
They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process with care and encouragement.

I’ve had a really positive experience working with Tinies as a nanny. I initially joined in November 2025 as a part-time nanny, and since February 2026 I’ve been working with them as a full-time temporary nanny.

One thing I particularly like is the booking app they use. It’s very easy to update my availability, which makes managing my schedule simple and flexible. The jobs offered through the app are also within my preferred distance and location, which I really appreciate.

In addition to the app, bookings can also be arranged through direct communication with Tinies’ consultants. Chloe has been especially helpful — she is always friendly, professional, and respectful, and makes the booking process smooth and pleasant.

Overall, my experience with Tinies has been very positive. I would definitely recommend this agency to nannies looking for flexible work and supportive consultants.

Tinies has a good choice of shifts and makes an effort to find them within reasonable distance from my home. Scarlett, my advisor, is always polite and any queries are sorted quickly. The company also encourages CPD and helps to organise it. I have done my safe guarding certificate as well as renewed my First Aid. The Nurseries I go to are mostly welcoming and friendly. I am, so far, very happy with Tinies 😊

The agency helped us find a nanny while we were staying at The Grove on Saturday 28 Feb 2025. They were helpful, well organised and reassuring.
Our baby is only 10 week old and they found a nanny with newborn experience who was punctual and friendly and allowed us to have a lovely night out.

Amelia was super helpful from day one. She walked me through the hiring process, went through the different nannies options, and finding the right product for me. I ended up going for a permanent nanny, Amelia also answered all my questions related to the clauses in the nanny contract.

We had overall very very good experience with Tinies. First of all we had very good communication and very efficient handling of the the request which was for multiple families in our hotel for a weekend break away. Second the babysitter's were all very professional very communicative and the service was very good. Hence, I would clearly recommend.

I have been part of the North West and Yorkshire Tinies team since September. The team find me work whenever I want it. There is always support available to me. I was impressed by Tinies' prompt email responses and their efficiency in organizing nannies. The nannies provided for the event were excellent, and I would surely suggest this agency to others.

My little one was cared for at the crèche services during the BSI conference in Liverpool. Our almost two year old is usually apprehensive of new places and people and I was frankly quite nervous, but Jean, Kieva and the team took so much care of her, making sure she was happy and comfortable, and engaging in activities. We received photos from each of the days and the many crafts received after the 4 days spent at the crèche were a testament of the many activities the littles were involved in. I was impressed with the amount of engaging and fun toys and activities which were set up, and I could see that the staff clearly loved their job. My little one talked for days afterwards of her new friends she made in Liverpool. Perhaps the only thing which could be better would be for staff to take lunch in turns so that to avoid a full closure of the crèche at noon - oftentimes that’s the nap time for babies and moving them could disturb their sleep and schedule. Secondly, facilities to store cold milk or food like a mini fridge, or to warm up food for littles like a bottle warmer and microwave could really help in serving the littles food. Otherwise all great!

I have a four year old boy who I took with me at a conference, where Tinies provided the crèche service. My son absolutely loved it, he kept asking to go back.

The Creche provided an excellent most needed service of taking good care of our kids while we attended the BSI Congress 2025. My little one settled in quickly as he enjoyed his time at the crèche and all the activities there was. The Staff (Jean, Niamh, Kieva and Leigh) were marvellously caring and patient and we very much appreciate.

The team of Kieva, Jean & Leigh & tinies north west is such a lovely team brilliant at engaging with children. My kids told me they loved the team and all the activities. It is such a lovely memory for them.
