If you are looking for a fantastic agency to work for, I highly recommend Tinies!

Really great staff when our children attended an event in Yorkshire, they were really well cared for and there were lots of activities and toys.

Tinies in Yorkshire worked with us to put on an Early Years event. We had a cohort of children with SEND and the creche were very accommodating of individual needs and working with us for practical advice ahead of the event. I would highly recommend Georgina and her Yorkshire based team for your event.

Supportive team of consultants from start to finish - they were always staying in touch, would answer any queries promptly and were polite to speak to. It was a pleasure working with Tinies Essex and Cambridge.

On 11 August, I paid £60 for an enhanced DBS check. Instead, I was issued a basic DBS certificate due to an error on your side, which required me to resubmit my details. I complied promptly, but this process has since been subject to excessive delays, poor communication, and lack of clarity, with no final resolution to date.

I also experienced unprofessional conduct from a staff member, which is unacceptable in a professional setting. Most recently, I was told I must pay again due to a name error — a request I consider unfair, as the need to resubmit arose entirely because of your original mistake.

I promptly completed this on August 15th and confirmed submission. Since then, I have had to chase repeatedly for updates with little progress or clear communication.

Key Events
• August 18: I confirmed my resubmission was received (“I believe so”).
• September 5–11: I was asked for more documents and reference details, which I provided.
• September 17–19: I followed up after being told DBS results usually take up to four weeks.
• September 22: I contacted Chloe during Abbie’s annual leave and was told there was still no update. During this conversation, Chloe made an unprofessional and inappropriate remark:
“Shame, these little girls know how to spell their names though 🙂”
This was unnecessary, dismissive, and not appropriate in a professional setting.
• September 25: I was told my DBS would be tracked — yet there has still been no resolution.

Most recently, I was informed that I would need to pay again because my name was entered incorrectly. However, this issue arose only because the original DBS was processed incorrectly as basic instead of enhanced. Had Tinies and Zinc completed the correct type of DBS from the start, I would never have needed to re-enter my information, and this error would not have occurred.

Tinies were very quick to reply to my emails and get nannies arranged.

The nannies supplied at the event were very good. I would definitely recommend the agency

Tinies was fantastic to work with, very responsive and professional. They were able to provide a creche for young children during our wedding, helping our guests enjoy the evening knowing their kids were so well looked after!

We secured a nanny from this agency via Bright Horizons, which is a retained benefits provider via my husband’s workplace. While everything was booked and confirmed in advance, nobody showed up on the day and we were not offered any explanation or alternative. We had to chase for hours to get an answer and/or to be offered a solution. The situation was never remediated. Not only this is an utterly unacceptable situation but it also shows suboptimal management of a situation that should have been swiftly remediated given the fact that they are an agency with several registered carers. Never use if you want to have reliable services.

We used Tinies whilst staying at The Grove Hotel, based on their recommendation. It was our first time using a babysitting service and they made things very easy. Everything was prompt, reliable, communication was easy. The babysitter (Penny) was excellent and very easy to deal with. Everything about the service was great.

One of the best nanny agencies going, I've always found them to be so professional. Great service 100%committed to helping anyone who is looking for employment. Kate who works at the north east branch is so lovely to talk to she can't do enough for you, she's helped me so much over the years to find the right nanny position for me .

They respond quickly and do their best to find the right work for you. Such a brilliant team in the North East and couldn’t recommend Tinies more.

I recently decided to return to nannying and signed up with Tinies, an agency that immediately impressed me with the thoroughness of their background checks and onboarding process. From the very start, Lisa and Louise were absolutely fantastic—patient, supportive, and always available to guide me through each step.
