Job NOT done terrible operative just LEFT
IiI have 2 official complaints one was going to be resolved yesterday by having a job done that was assessed, photographed and booked for 20th August.
The carpenter arrived, chatted on his phone in the back garden, then just left without doing anything at all.
Disgusting incompetent behaviour.
No excuse for this.

New bathroom/toilet installation
Our new bathroom/toilet was, in the end, worth the years that we waited for it to be updated. The work was carried out efficiently and professionally by their Mr Paul Rose. He turned up on time every day and often put in extra time in order to finish the job. He was polite and friendly at all times. The quality of his work was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou, we really love our new bathroom!
