do not contract them
i have been over charge many times for "machine clenaing fee" but no one show up to do the job (never) unless you call them and book it, but of course they take the money anyway beacuse is direct debit.
i have been charge 160 pound one month for water that i never ordere or recive, and i've ask a refound but from that moment no one answer me anymore.
i ve decide do stop the contract and try to contact them by e-mail and calls but no one pick up the phone or replay to my e-mails...
today i ve recive another invoice for somenthing that i never recive or order from them!!!!!
they do not answer to my call or e mail anymore and still charge me for somenthing that i do not recive!!!
scammers replay me and get your machine back!!
and of course refound me my money!!!
water has never been so expensive since when i made the horrible mistake to contract this company!
oh yes i've forget to say that is from december that i've stop to order from them,and ask to pick back their machine....

We've used Living Water's bottled water for 20 years
We've used Living Water's bottled water coolers for 20 years in our busy (and thirsty) University Department and I would recommend them without hesitation. Their team are always very helpful both in their office (Emogene and Samantha) and on site delivery and engineer's visits. Super-efficient, usually next day deliveries of water that tastes good and is served chilled. What more can I say?

Frequent delivery delays and poor cooler maintenance
I used Living Water services for almost three years, hoping for reliable water delivery and proper maintenance. Unfortunately, my experience was far from consistent.
Over time, delivery became increasingly delayed — sometimes by several days, without any prior notice. This caused serious inconvenience at home. On top of that, the water cooler was not properly maintained despite long-term use, and service visits were irregular or completely absent.
I contacted customer service multiple times, but responses were slow and unhelpful. There was no clear schedule or proactive support.
Eventually, I decided to switch to another company after reading positive reviews elsewhere. The contrast in service and professionalism was immediate and obvious.
I would suggest Living Water improve communication, delivery scheduling, and maintenance routines if they wish to keep long-term customers.
