A family run independent store founded By Liv and Michael Cole, based in Solihull. Liv's bricks & mortar shop reflects Liv's Scandinavian outlook on life, with its relaxed welcoming and friendly vibe. We work with a wonderful creative team (they're the ones who create the amazing displays in the shop). Kate, Gina, Jess and the team take pleasure in welcoming you in store, whilst all things web shop take place in house too. Our delivery team Steve and Owen take pride in delivering your furniture. We sometimes use our trusted couriers to deliver further afield. Most of us lead a hectic lifestyle, and I hope to bring you little pockets of beauty, sunshine and happiness to you everyday life. Be this through a scented candle, a soft throw, a hand-thrown ceramic mug or a dining table for entertaining friends and family, which will stand the test of time. My aim is to do so in a way that's a fine balance of quality and price. The delivery was a mess
The delivery was a mess. It went to someone else and I had to chase it up.
Price was good but the finishing ( stitching the lining to the back of the table matts very poor.

Ordered twice previously due to quality of items perfect for our home. 3rd order slight issue but resolved the same day as delivery with a telephone call even though it had been an online order. Apologetic gift received, unexpected but lovely gesture. Highly recommend Liv's for the quality of items and personal service.

Returns Experience
I needed to return an online order as I had ordered incorrectly and I rang the store for advice. The person who answered the call was helpful and friendly and told me the exchange was no issue. I visited the shop the next day and all staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. Top class service from a wonderful shop.

Brilliant items and customer service
Ordered a fantastic serving board for my niece’s engagement party. It was posted quickly and when there was an issue with delivery, it was sorted out very quickly and professionally.
Couldn’t recommend them enough. Customer service is second to none and their items are lovely.

I adore this business, the shop itself and the website. It is evident that the owners and staff really care about the products they sell, carefully sourced, and how they are presented. Nothing is too much trouble. It offers the service from days gone by much, missed these days.
