My candles are just as described and arrived safely and beautifully wrapped.

Have ordered twice from Liv’s and have been impressed with how quick and attentive their service is. Their homeware is beautifully unique. Recently had a wrong item delivered but they handled it promptly and communication was brilliant.
Items come very well packaged in paper when needed and their items are gorgeous additions to my home. Will continue to shop with them

Great service. I did a click and collect. The access to collect was fine and the large package that I had purchased was safely wrapped and placed into the car. The product I purchased is the perfect addition to my home, a solid piece of furniture that makes my home look unique and will last many years.

Review update. I was called back by a very help lady. My email had gone into a different email or something. These things happen. She resolved my issue promptly and politely. I will use again

Excellent service. Beautifully presented and packaged and little added extra of sweets and handwritten thank you.
Only criticism is the basket is not white it is more pink/grey. Think that this should be added to this page

Livs were in touch straight away to arrange delivery at a time that worked for me and it turned up the next week. The guys delivering were friendly and professional, couldn’t have asked for anything else!

I love this shop! It has so many lovely items of homeware, soft furnishings, accessories and jewellery. I have recently purchased two faux plants which look fantastic and are excellent quality. The staff are really helpful and friendly too. Always a lovely shopping experience.

I love this shop! Great products well priced too compared to others. This time we bought small items but the displays are beautiful and we will be back for the bed! The sweet treat in the bag was a fabulous touch. Wonderful service, highly recommended!

The staff in Liv’s are incredibly friendly and helpful and it made my shopping experience really enjoyable.
They went above and beyond by emailing me some information about the lovely sweets that they packed in my shopping and I’m eternally grateful for that.

Table was perfect and the delivery guys assembled it in minutes and made sure not to damage the floor in doing so by putting a sheet down.

I love this shop its full of beautiful items to buy. I recently purchased an egg chair of excellent quality. The staff were very helpful, even showing us how to put it together. Customer service is brilliant and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back in there soon for a mooch.

I love this shop! It always has beautiful things to look at and covet at really good prices. I am not necessarily a regular customer because I don't go into Solihull that often but when I do I always go. I've bought bits and bobs as well as ordered a bespoke item. My experience is always the same, quality goods with quality service at good prices. And, today with my purchase I got sweeties! What's not to love! Thank you ladies for a lovely shopping experience!

I ordered two kimonos. Both were very good value. I returned one of them to the store as it was unsuitable, colour wise and replaced it with another one. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the store is packed with fabulous fairly priced things.
