We are generally happy with the service we get from Lloyds Cardnet but it is always nice to have a chat so hear what else is available. Dulcie was very pleasant and helpful so thanks for your call!

As an inexperienced treasurer of a small community society I was apprehensive about applying for a simple card payment system. I was fortunate in being guided by a knowledgeable and friendly Cardnet Sales Associate, Sam Whitaker. This enabled me to complete the application process satisfactorily. Sam Whitaker was impressive at all levels of the application.

I rate the 5 Stars as Lauren was easy and straight forward to deal with and she sent out to me what I need right away. No problem. She was a pleasure to work with

It may take a bit longer to get funds into bank but the security knowing that my bank won’t be going to close anytime soon is a plus I e been scammed by another card company before

I have been really pleased with all the assistance received from Emmie Chilton. From the initial contact with Emmie, she has guided me through setting up the service at our school with amazing attention to detail.

And the after care service has been excellent also, I have had some further questions which Emmie has guided me through quickly and efficeintly.

Very pleased with how my query was dealt with. Obviously we all want to have a much cheaper charge for card processing, especially for small transactions. Perhaps anything under £4 or £5 could be at 0% with just the Visa or MasterCard fixed fee of 3p? Would help small businesses who sell small items (hardware shop selling £1 and £1.50 items).

Moved from a different provider and the transition was extremely easy. The terminal and online portals were easy to set up and Michael Scott was always at the end of the email / phone and replied almost immediately. Fast, easy and no stress switching! Thank you Michael
