We had a review teams meeting arranged, Assam was prompt to the meeting, friendly & informative.
Asked us how our business is going and if we had any concerns he could help us with.
Suggested options to streamline our payment journey which is what i have been looking for and arranged follow up meetings after had time to discuss.
Prior to this meeting Assam helped us massively with a major change within our business and although i did not give him much time to do help with this change he managed to get it done for us quickly and efficiently without any problems, just took one phone call and done!
Assam is a key part of our operation between our business and Lloyds and he has been nothing but helpful throughout!
