Having been somewhat thrown in at the deep end with the task of setting up the cardnet system for our company, it was made so much easier by the helpfulness received from the team from the moment I reached out to them. Within a couple of days I had already set up teams calls and training of how and what to do. With further follow up calls, to ensure everything was going in the right direction. The response times were very good when I asked any question or was looking for reassurance. All in all the overall experience has been very good and would certainly recommend.

We recently set up Lloyds Cardnet’s Paydit QR code solution for our organisation, and overall the experience was positive, mainly due to the helpful support from Lauren Little, who was responsive and supportive throughout the onboarding process. I'm a Bank of Scotland customer and treasurer of our community group. We required a QR code to collect funds, but I found the Lloyds site unhelpful. The staff that I spoke to did their best, but it wasn't until I spoke to Mr Nathan Jones that things got sorted. That man deserves a raise!!

Devices stopped working partway through our one-off annual event - had to revert to cash at what was advertised as a "card only" event.

I had to replace two old card terminals for new ones that were compatible with VoIP.
David Guy was absolutely brilliant and guided me patiently through all the options.
First class service and an absolute delight to be able to contact a UK based call centre!

Someone came into my cafe, distracted me and managed to make a refund of £499 on a card that wasn’t even used in my cafe!!!

Cardnet offered to refund me £35 which was ridiculous to begin with and even that I didn’t receive.

New Relationship Manager
We have been using Cardnet for a number of years and have just been assigned a new relationship manager -Jamie Padfield. We had our initial meeting this morning and Jamie was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful whilst he went through what is available to us as a Company and he followed up after the meeting with everything that we had covered. Very impressed.

Great help with setting up the system, so easy to use. Michael knows his stuff and helped when I had an issue.

**Excellent service from James Gale at CardNet**

James Gale recently contacted me as our new account manager to discuss our account and asked whether we had any particular issues or pinch points.

I explained that our main frustration was with the handling of the occasional chargeback advice. Although we receive very few chargeback requests, these are sent by post to our registered office. As there is only a short response window, by the time they reach us there is often very little time left to respond, and there have been times we have been unable to respond and lost monies as a consequence

Before we had even had our scheduled conversation, James had already taken the initiative to help resolve the issue. He arranged access for us and also set up a daily email alert so we are notified whether or not there are any chargebacks.

This was excellent, proactive service. James understood the issue, acted quickly, and went above and beyond what was expected. A credit to CardNet.

I would just like to mention the outstanding service that Corrina provided me, she was excellent over the phone and honestly just a warm-hearted person!
