having had major problems with my last card operator, I needed help urgently, this is where Lloyds Cardnet and especially Lorraine stepped up.
Lorraine was a massive help in the process at all stages and kept me informed throughout the process, regularly keeping in touch in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that the situation was resolved in my 4 outlets as swiftly as possible.

Based on my experience with Deepak, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lloyds Cardnet as his personal approach to business is something that's sorely lacking with most companies these days and it's just a shame there aren't more out there like him. Telephoned up and spoke with Amber Gibson who was incredibly helpful and very patient at explaining in depth the answers to all of my many questions.

Cleo explained what we needed and helped us make a decision on what seemed best for our situation. She understood that a contract could not be signed straight away, but helped with little reminders and was ready to get the ball rolling as soon as we were able to sign. A credit to your company.
