Trying to stop my Halifax car insurance from auto-renewing without success
Trying to stop my Halifax car insurance auto-renewing in early November, Halifax won't help as say the insurer underwriter will be changing and to phone 0333 188 2243 Lloyds/AXA number instead. They say they can't help me because they cannot see my renewal details yet (even though it's now only 3 weeks away). Awful customer service experience. Only changing after years as their last premium was not competitive.
