Once put into the correct place I was finally able to get all issues resolved satisfactory and quickly by a helpful professional person.
Problem was initially caused by the lack of updated information on the banking website which resulted in a half hour of being on hold, only to be told that I was calling the wrong number! Once transferred the call was answered in a few minutes and sorted out quickly.
