Excellent service from the first contact onwards. The initial communications were clearly laid out, both in terms of the process as well as the quote and what this entailed, and how to move forward with the booking. The survey date was prompt and the survey report came back quickly. The report was thorough and easy to follow. Would recommend LMB Residential Surveying to friends any day!

Andy carried out a Level 3 Building Survey for us on a detached property built c. 1930. We received a comprehensive report (c. 48 pages) only four days later (on a Saturday!), which highlighted a number of issues that we were previously unaware of. The report was concise and to the point, but provided all of the detail necessary to research the cost of the necessary works, whilst avoiding the boilerplate text that many surveyors seem to pad their reports out with. Plenty of colour photos were included to add context to the narrative. Subsequent to the survey we found both Andy and Lewis very knowledgeable and quick to respond to our additional queries. Lyndis was also lovely to deal with. All in all, a great local company that we would have no hesitation in using again.

Quality, cost and time were all met. I would use them again in this area.

I was very pleased with the service I received from lmb. They got me booked in right away the surveyor called me the same day as the survey to run through what he had found at the property he was very helpful. Overall my experiance with lmb was excellent.
