Before the survey even started, I shared some of the areas I was concerned about and the surveyor got in touch with the panel to explain that they might not be able to examine these areas as closely as I hoped, and could they please check if I was still happy to go ahead knowing that information, which I really appreciated! The report was very detailed and also included advice on how to maintain the property and prevent damage, which was very useful as a first-time buyer.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated their expertise.

The main reason to book a grade 3 survey was on your advice because of the modification to the load bearing rear wall. When I read the survey your engineer stated he could not check it and I would need to apply for the building regulations to see if they were completed correctly. He did say there was no cracking around the area, but to be honest i knew that already. £700.00+ wasted

Quick and efficient very friendly to deal with

This was the first survey I have had, so I am not an expert. However the survey was very detailed and thorough, well illustrated and easy to understand. There were issues highlighted with recommendations without any use of jargon.

This is the second time I have used LMB this year for a Tyneside flat. Their surveys are very clear on recommendations, and going forward it is very useful for works that I will ultimately be required to carry out.
