Order was delayed but kept up to date with progress so no issues, great customer service. Also good products. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic company to deal with, very professional, attentive and pro active throughout the buying process. I had a fairly complex request and sent images and details of both vehicle and bikes which they responded to immediately. They advised on all the products required to allow me to safely transport a gravel and mtb. Once the product arrived I was blown away with the quality of the machining and finish of the hardware. Thanks again to everyone at Loaded Bikes

As a Motocross shop I can highly recommend Loaded Bikes Ltd, their communication was excellent and delivery was fast and the bike rack of the very highest quality. I highly recommend.

Top quality products, bike is well held in place now. Should have had one years ago.

Having purchased a VW T6 Kombi, I really wanted to mount the bikes safely and securely using the fixed points in the rear of the van. I contacted Loaded bikes who began working on a design for me.
I have received my tail and mounts today and I am blown away with the products. They look awesome and work great. Really happy with the product. I have been updated every step of the way. Cheers team!

Excellent service, items received quickly.

I had some questions about fitment of the rack with a "soft" floor. The communications were clear and very professional and really helpful.
Can't fault them
I would highly recommend Loaded Bikes.

Quality machined parts. Look the business. The offset and rotation means I can get 3 bikes in the same space of 2 from other designs.

Communicated well, thorough with the order, very helpful, proper drawings online, great products & now a follow-up email to check everything in OK ! And, for a change, they had all items in stock & so were able to get me the gear within 48hrs!
Well done to Loaded Bikes - keep it up
Will recommend you to others

I contacted Loaded Bikes and they were really helpful in identifying what would work well for me. They provided me a pacakage deal for my Toyota HiAce van. I bought a number of surface mounted rails, single studs and a complete fitting kit. They even suplied me the drills to aid my DIY install.

The parts arrived beautifully pacakaged and I’m super impressed with the quality. Their online guidance notes for installation of the rails were easy to follow and I had everything I needed complete this myself.

The rails have given me so many options for securing my spare MX wheels and other parts safely, keeping my van space clear and tidy. I would definitely recommend.

Purchased one of the first fixed bike racks from Loaded Bikes and I have to say I am really impressed with the strength, quality and finish. Easy to fit and works exactly as it should. Definitely one of the best additions I have bought for my Volkswagen Transporter T5.

Loaded bikes supplied us with 2 of there bike fork mounts and surface mounted rail. The fork mounts work a treat hold the bikes really securely with no wobble. The attention to detail on there products is top notch. And there passion in there products is unbelievable. Highly recommend this company to all my biking matey

Personalised recommendations for fitting out my T5, brilliant service and top product. Taken my bulk head out so the extra safety provided by the bike mount is welcome in the event of unthinkable.
