Awful

Awful, awful, awful. Used them twice and they cocked up twice. This time I have been left with no medication (heart medication!) for four days. Doctors can't help because as far as they are concerned the medication has been issued. 11 days, not arrived. Impossible to get through to them and when you do they say they will contact the doctor to get another prescription but that doesn't happen. I would never use them again.

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. Ordered items, contacted company at as not delivered to be told that items were out of stock and it would be refunded which will take 4 days... Ridiculous having items as shown in stock. Do not use, don't think they would of offered a refund if I hadn't contacted them regarding delivery. Also very sarcastic customer service when contacting via email.

Pointless

Placed an order, all good, even got a dispatch email. The next day I get an email saying I've been refunded and won't be receiving the items. The fact the item is still showing in stock on their website for the same price suggests some sort of acquisition scam. Poor stuff and see others have had this issue too so would suggest avoiding this outfit.

THE worst online pharmacy ever!

As with many other customers, I placed an order. Next day received an email saying it had been shipped. Next day, an email saying not in stock! Clearly, they blatantly lie to customers as my package was NOT shipped because it wasn’t available! To add insult to injury, I have not been refunded the P&P!! Will now write to ombudsman & trading standards. Appalling company!
UPDATE: just as I was emailing the ombudsman, they decided (luckily for them!) to refund the whole amount, INCLUDING P&P this time. Shocking way to treat paying customers

Waste of time

Waste of time. They claimed to have a product in stock and available for expedited delivery. I received an email saying it had been despatched but then days later an email advising that the item was out of stock and I would receive a refund.

Poor performance.

Poor performance. order #2099

Found this website and thought, wow, very competitive prices and sold quite a few items, checked it out here and all looks good, my problem was I ordered 5 items and they only delivered 1, 4 items of the same product simply not there and they would never have fitted in the packaging they sent for just the one bottle they sent instead of 5. Okay so I thought I would email them, over 24hrs has lapsed and they have not even responded which is a sign that the company is either incompetent or crooked, take your pick! I will go with incompetent, as a good company would have responded within HOURS of a problem, not drag it out, pretend it hasnt happened, ignore new customers which has only resulted in this review and no chance of further custom from me and will tell friends and family to steer clear too, all they had to do was react to a problem of their own making, take responsibility and for goodness sake respond speedily to a customers complaint, it could be they have a lot of complaints to deal with which again is a very bad sign, no doubt they will have countless excuses for their failures, but how hard is it for any business to say they acknowledge the problem with the order and will back in x amount of time? I did tell them if they do not respond by the end of the working day it will result in a bad review and I will be in touch with paypal, so maybe they are acting childish? again it is not very professional has cost them my custom, and those of my friends and family, one really shouldn't have to do this, and with great companies who really do look after their customer we don't. they get awesome reviews for speed and rectifying problems that is of their making, bravo, but for this outfit, that cant be said, one is left with the impression they simply dont five a flying frock about thier customers and I am simply returning the favour.

Own goal, they need to sort themselves out and decide what sort of company they are because from where I am sitting they are incompetent, careless and ignorant beyond belief.

1st one was canceled saying the product was out of stock, 2nd time I placed the order it said it was shipped and then canceled again for the same reason, “items out of stock”
I guess they just don’t want to do business 🤷‍♀️

Don't bother

Didn’t receive my order, ignored my first message, didn't get back to me when they said, finally got a refund. Just don't bother order from elsewhere. Can't believe they asked me to give a review!

Amazing Service!

The best delivery and packaging service I've ever received from an online purchase!
Received next day delivery for free and the product was not damaged in anyway due to being well protected. 100% improvement on the previous company I have purchased from in the past. Also very good competitive price. I will order from them again.

Terrible service

My purchase was confirmed and I received a text to say it had been despatched long with a track and trace number.
Five days later I received a second text just saying I was refunded - no explanation and no correspondence! Terrible service

I can not believe it took 2 years for a reply!!! Speechless
