C'è poca comunicazione tra chi paga, tipo la Renault e voi
Ci sono contrasti con chi prende l'auto in comodato d'uso con voi e poi il cliente va in difficoltà

No body tell me
Well first of all the car wasn’t the brand that I choose, I can understand that could be a similar but it wasn’t. Second the car was full of dogs hair. And I am allergic to. The guy tried to clean up but it was too much. Also the car was very dirty. And the last thing nobody explained to me about the TLZ.

I reserved a big car to fit 5 but received a small one
I reserved a big car to ensure my family of 5 and luggage would fit. I reserved it a week in advance. When I arrived to pickup the car there were no big cars available. I had no choice but to shove my family with luggage on the knees in a very unsafe and inhumane manner on a one our drive. The next day I did not have the heart to do the same on our second leg of our to the airport. I had to pay for a shuttle for my wife and kids while I drove to the airport to return the car

Ho ritirato un veicolo sostitutivo in quanto il mio nuovo, dopo appena 700 km ha evidenziato avaria e fermato per assistenza.
Hanno recepito le mie necessità e risolto alcuni problemi.

Katastrophale Abzocke
Obwohl ein offensichtlicher Fehler im Protokoll vorhanden war (rechte und linke Seite wurde verwechselt), erhielten wir eine Rechnung über Schäden, welche bereits vorhanden waren!!! Totale Abzocke, denn statt den eigenen Fehler einzusehen, beruft sich Locauto ausschließlich auf das unterzeichnete Protokoll. Der Verdacht liegt nahe, dass das deren Masche ist. 750 € zu bezahlen obwohl wir nichts beschädigt hatten, ist eine Frechheit. Nie mehr lucauto!!!

Be ready to spend some money for a short amount of time. About 160€ for 4 hours or less it was for us. It was a one way rental from the port to the airport
