My reservation was for a skoda stationwagon automatic, Locauto gave me a Hiyndai Stationwagos Stamdard even do it was a smaller type of car and not Automatic.
The address in your web page or google from the civitaveccia office its not correct.

We were stuck in the port near Rome after a cruise and needed a car for transportation. The gentleman was so helpful. Got me a car the day of the drive to Rome and returned to the airport. He was very kind and helpful!

Non posso ritenermi soddisfatto
Premesso che il personale LOCAUTO , sia al ritiro che alla riconsegna e' stato gentile e professionale, avevo chiesto all' operatore telefonico che mi aveva dato l' appuntamento con luogo e data di ritiro, una automobile DIESEL in quanto faccio il RAPPRESENTANTE, è vero che mi ha risposto dicendo che non me lo poteva promettere .....però per 1 settimana ho speso 218 € x pacchetto assicurativo + 180 carburante....398 € totale....giudicate voi....
