I picked up the car half tank and was…
I picked up the car half tank and was told that if I bring it back full tank I’ll get reimbursed, which I did but they did not reimburse me. The car was dirty and didn’t have washer fluid in it.
Staff were friendly and respectful. The location is horrible and far from public transport.

Recogida y retiradas correctas. Mejorar la limpieza
La recogida del vehículo fue correcta pero el parabrisas estaba bastante sucio, con muchos restos de insectos. El resto del vehículo estaba bien, aunque en el interior habia unas botellas de plástico que no habían sido retiradas.
La entrega en el aeropuerto fue ágil y rápida, aunque sin mucha comunicación.

Tardaron mucho y n darme el coche porque lo estaban limpiando y cuando llegó no estaba muy limpio por afuera, por dentro un desastre, chiqles derretidos, ceniza y un olor fuerte a tabaco, la tapicería estaba sucia, el salpicadero lleno de polvo. En el cuadro se encendiía la luz de mantenimiento porque estaba pasado 5000km. Ademàs tenís un ratón q no aparecía en los papeles

Ho noleggiato l’auto in questo autonoleggio e mi sono trovata molto bene.
Unico neo è stata la pulizia dell’auto che quando l’ho ritirata aveva dei peli di cane nel baule e nei sedili.
Il gestore ha provveduto subito a portarmi in un autolavaggio vicino per rimuovere i peli.

Жахливе обслуговування.
Чекали на видачу машини 2 години. Там обслуговували по 30 хвилин одного клієнта.
При поверненні не було інструкції нормальної. Була адреса залізничного вокзалу в Венеції. Довелося ставити машину на платному паркінгу і бігати туди сюди з багажом, але об просто дізнатися адресу паркінга повернення автомобіля.

The agent at the Ravenna agency was…
The agent at the Ravenna agency was very dishonest and unprofessional. The agent did not provide me with any clear information regarding any extra charges or upgrade costs that I would have to pay. I was never properly informed about this additional amount before signing.
I also assure you that the agent informed me that once I returned the car in Milan, the difference would be refunded. Based on this information, I accepted the vehicle.
Furthermore, the vehicle was in a terrible condition and very dirty.
I already sent a complaint regarding this matter, but you did not even take the time to reply to my email.
