Overall a very good product. Erected and wind and water tight from day 1. Some minor difficulties with snagging but all addressed reasonably quickly. Looks good and has been universally admired by all our visitors.

We were impressed with Lochinvar's range of double glazing options and quickly found a style which suited our needs (Georgian-style sash and case windows). Lochinvar moved swiftly in giving us a quote and then carrying out two on-site surveys before taking our order. We are very happy with our new windows which are so much less draughty than our old and very worn timber units - and they look great too. We're very pleased with the quality too. A nice and responsive family business to deal with.

Lochinvar is a highly organised team of professionals who truly get the job done. They built our conservatory with care and precision, always responding promptly to our requests and ensuring every detail was handled. The office manager kept everything on track, coordinating seamlessly and following up on each stage of the build, which made the whole process smooth and stress free.

The tradespeople were skilled, detail oriented, and approachable. They offered helpful options, valued our input, and made sure the final result reflected our vision. It was an excellent experience from start to finish, and if you ask nicely, they’ll even sing: “You’re better by far with Lochinvar.”

My 91 year old mum had a problem with her front door not locking. It had been fitted a year ago and had dropped slightly.
I rang Lochinvar and they sent someone out to fix it within the hour.

Our experience with Lochinvar was second to none, from the minute we picked up the phone to query, to getting the quote, signing on the dotted line to installation and aftercare the service provided has been amazing. The fitters were clean and tidy, very thorough and professional, throughout the fitting, they were friendly and courteous to us as well. Highly recommended, plus their jingle is really catchy too!

We have used Lochinvar a couple of times now, once for new front door and more recently to replace our sash and case windows. On both occasions staff were both efficient, friendly and tidy workers. Quality of products excellent. Particularly happy with our new sash snd case double glazed timber windows. Being listed there were limited companies that were prepared to take on this work but end result excellent.

Lochinvar guys turned up on time, did an exceptionally good job, very friendly, cleaned up afterwards so that you would not even know that they had been there.
Equally, the office staff are very polite and friendly as well when you need to contact them.

A great team of tradesmen who are directly employed by Lochinvar who were happy to engage with our inquisitive kids throughout the job, made the experience of major house works easy and enjoyable. The finished work was perfect and completed in a timely manner. The quality of the materials used were very high but at a very competitive price. The site was left in such a condition, you would never know work had been done. Very well organised and an easy process thanks to the team at Lochinvar.

We’ve used Lochinvar twice - installing a patio style door in place of a garage roller door and a side garage door plus a new conservatory door. The service on both occasions was fantastic with good advice for the best outcome. Also there was no additional charge for disposing of our roller door. I would not hesitate to use Lochinvar again and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

We've used Lochinvar to replace all of our windows and doors , this is the 2nd time we’ve used lochinvar on separate installations, and each time the process was professional and efficient, we absolutely love the quality and standard they provided.

Decided to go with Lochinver due to their reputation, very fair price and quality of products. The salesman wasn’t pushy at all, took time to explain the options and offered a very agreeable price from the outset.

A few months later and the windows were fitted. It took 2 guys 3 days and they were first class - no mess, very polite, and quite simply just cracked on and got the job done.

Have used the company twice very professional. However my new back door did not lock every time arrangement made for revisit but they came the day after the appointment. Sealant fitted on this day, but I had to chase them up for this to be carried out. But would use them again.
