I needed an urgent loan, I tried all normal avenues without any luck. I rang logbook loans on Thursday afternoon they went through the process with me over the phone. They gave me the money I needed on Friday. I could have been paid out on the same day but stupidly I hesitated. I can't thank them enough they are a great bunch of people and very helpfully. Brilliant

Excellent fast service. Just 2 phone calls one house visit. All within 3 hrs got money same day. It is a little expensive but when needs must. They are a great easy to deal with company.

Absalute joke only out to rip people off as they have gotten away with it for so long with no one knowing laws with regards to logbook loans. They sent two random guys to my door to obtain my car at which point there was no proof of I’d shown or proof of documents showed or a court order shown which in order to take my car they needed a court order and they didn’t have one. They then randomlemy appeared at my work which I didn’t tell them to or even inform them of where I worked But appeared and just took car without even speaking to me or providing a court order which they needed to have in order to take the car and they didn’t have one they just used split key a drove away without providing a court order they essentially stole my car as they required a court order to even touch the car and did not have one. Once they realised I wasn’t a mug and knew the laws they gave m car back with almost 1/2 tank fuel used, all of my possessions removed from car and daughters car seat sat in dirty water for 2days not to mention made me travel over 80+ miles to get car back. When raised all this with them got told they had done nothing wrong and were within there rights to just take car well they weren’t as they needed a court order to take car and didn’t have one and as their contract stated I was entitled to any money iv paid under the agreement back as they took car without a court order now that is their own contract that states that however when raised this with them got told that they weee refusing my complaint and they had done nothing g wrong even though iv proved they have as again they did not have a court order to take my car even with my permission to take car they still require a court order to take it can’t just turn up and jump in car and drive away they must by law have a court order and they didn’t. Can’t even honour their own contract they are just out to rip you off and I have taken steps to expose them for what they really are. Don’t use them as they will just rip you off as they know customers who take out these don’t know the laws and this company is breaking them in every way possible. I live in Scotland and in Scotland they have to provide a court order to repossess your car regardless of I you say they can collect it they still need to provide a court order when doing so and there was no court order to take my car. Avoid the scamming gits as you will just be tripped off and taken advantage of.

Awful company. Unsympathetic, rude, terrible communication. I would never recommend them. Having bought a second hand car with a loan attached which I new nothing about, they showed no mercy. They wanted a huge amount of money in a small amount of time, no ifs or buts, money or repossession. Did not answer phone calls, ignored emails, don’t know why I bothered writing to them because I imagine they went straight in the bin. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
