Overall great experience/The customer service response was quick and detailed. I wasn't sure at first purchasing this brand being new to me, but I am very satisfied.

Jeg er utilfreds med kvaliteten af stellet på den brille, som jeg har købt hos Lohouse og ønsker derfor at returnere produktet. Desuden er jeg utilfreds med kundeservice og betaling for returforsendelsen.

Jeg har skrevet en e-mail, henvendt mig via deres hjemmeside og skrevet en besked på deres Instagram.

Først efter 8 dage har de svaret tilbage med en returseddel. Det skal bemærkes, at det er op til køber selv at skrive til Lohouse for at få en returseddel udleveret for først derefter at kunne returnere produktet alt inden 14 dage.

De skriver selv, at de har god kvalitet og nem samt fleksibel retur-politik. Det er ikke min oplevelse.

Deres handelspraksis mener jeg er i strid med god skik.

Jeg har nu fået sendt min returpakke med FedEx. Efter 17 dage har jeg nu modtaget mit returbeløb. Returforsendelseb har kostet mig 190 kr (eur25)

Samlet har jeg haft et meget dårlig kundeoplevelse og frygter besvær med at få tilbagevendt beløbet fra mit fejlkøb. Samlet anbefaler jeg ikke at handle med Lohouse - jeg holder dette opslag opdateret indtil jeg modtaget mit returbeløb..

These are some of my favorite sunglasses I own. They fit very well and are a pleasure to wear throughout the entire day. The glasses have the perfect tint.
Bonus points for fast delivery and covered lenses that were totally clean. Highly recommended!

Nice Product as Described. Finest material

Well designed good quality frames, these were exactly what I was looking for and couldn’t get anything similar in the right size anywhere else. I had some initial queries about the colour but the team at Lohaus were able to assure me on this and responded promptly to my query. All round excellent experience, will be looking to purchase a second pair in the future.

I purchased a pair of glasses and while I do love them, they charged me an extra $72.00 for shipping that was not stated in the invoice. The shipping said it would take 3-7 business days and it took over 30 days to arrive. I then later get a separate bill for the shipping from Fedex. This was a terrible experience.

Truly excellent in all respects. The glasses themselves are superb and beautifully packaged - and Lohause customer service went above and beyond to resolve a delivery issue that was not at all their fault. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone.

I recently purchased eyeglasses from Lohause and just wanted to share with people that the glasses are an excellent value; very stylish, they fit extremely well, and the frames and lenses are high quality. In fact, I went back and ordered two other pair. Btw, I am an ordinary customer. I do not work for Lohause, nor does anyone in my family, and I am not an investor in the company.

I adore this company and their products. But.... most of all, I think that the handsome man in their ads, pictures and videos is the flag of this ship. He is funny and lends merit to the sale of each item. Items are high quality and very progressive in design. Well done!!

Two things made this a great experience-
1. I had never ordered glasses, sight unseen, and they were better than I expected. This is a very good product. I also had a complicated prescription, and they were very helpful in helping me figure out which lenses to order.
2: The glasses got caught in customs when coming into the country. The Lohause team responded quickly and helpfully through the process. They also alerted me when they had cleared customs. I was impressed with their responsiveness.

Super fast delivery, super quality sunglasses...just the best!

I recently bought THE MARSHALL TORTOISE sunglasses from Lohause and I’m seriously impressed. The quality is absolutely top-notch. The design is sleek, the materials feel premium, and they’re super comfortable to wear.

There was a small hiccup with the shipping (no fault of Lohause, just the delivery company), but Steve F from customer support was incredibly helpful and kind. He handled the situation quickly and professionally, which made the whole experience even better.

Highly recommend Lohause both for their products and their service. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I recently ordered a pair of frames from Lohause, and although there was some initial confusion about the model’s availability (it appeared sold out and wrote to check/ confirm), the team handled it with efficiency and care and got the model I wanted from their opticians team. Sarah, in particular, was outstanding—she kept me informed with kindness and clarity, and her follow-up once the frames arrived showed genuine customer care.

The product is exactly what I was hoping for, and the customer service turned what could’ve been a frustrating situation into a positive experience.
