I had an issue with my initial order getting stuck at customs—a problem entirely outside Lohause’s responsibility. Despite this, the team didn’t hesitate to step in. They not only handled the situation with understanding and care, but they also went above and beyond by remaking the glasses and shipping them to a different address I provided in Portugal.

Throughout the process, communication was clear, kind, and professional. It’s rare to find a brand that truly stands behind its values and customer experience like Lohause does.

The glasses are beautifully crafted, and the entire experience reminded me how much integrity and dedication still matter in today’s retail world.

I have now purchased two pairs of frames from Lohause - both frames have become my go-to daily wear glasses. Two things drew me to Lohause: 1. Quality & 2. Style. I own five pairs of Lohause glasses and get compliments on them almost daily. I can't recommend them highly enough. The quality is top-notch, the designs are stunning, and their customer service is unmatched. When customs held a pair, Lohause stepped in immediately and got them released fast. And the one time I had an issue with the lenses, they replaced them—no questions asked, no delays, and at zero cost. They even sent me the original frames back, having replaced them with new! Truly excellent service and absolutely gorgeous glasses.

I had a small problem with my glasses. Customer support was there for me immediately and offered various solutions. My questions / concerns were dealt with very quickly. I am very satisfied with the whole experience!

The entire experience was great, from questions about the frames, purchasing online, to the fast shipment, and receipt of the frames. They fit perfectly, and quality is great. I’ve owned many glasses, and the uniqueness of the design and the quality of the construction make them unbeatable for the price. And I can’t say enough about the customer service team - immediately responsive and went out of their way to honor a coupon I had forgotten about when I placed my order.

First, the product is excellent and high quality. I got the Dean in Paradox 8. Absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to buy my next pair.
Second, customer service is above and beyond. I had clearance issues on the import and they stayed on top of the delay, checking in with me and the shipping carrier to get it through as fast as possible. After the frames arrived, I got another email making sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Love Lohause!

5star quality and 5 star chic. I loved my first pair I ordered another pair (different style though) because the first fit so well and were very chic. I have a smaller head and have trouble finding ones that fit! These are awesome.
