The glasses are perfect and come in a minimal elegant case and with a cloth. The fit is perfect and amazing quality and I feel like a 1960s beatnick when I wear them! Customer services were quick to respond when I told them I was going abroad and they sent the glasses in time.

I'm surprised about the negative reviews re the customs charge, this is something that always has to be paid when ordering from abroad, why is it a surprise? I factored this in when making the purchase. Can't wait to buy more from this brand, and the marketing campaign is just perfection!

I bought sunglasses for our anniversary, and it was the best gift that everyone could have. The design, the color and the packaging. We just loved it.

And MOST important: I am super-pleased with my Winston Airs as they are very stylish and extremely well manufactured. In addition, the packaging is top notch. I will definitely be purchasing from Lohause again.

My son needed some glasses and we took a good while to find some he really liked. He is very particular with the frames he uses. He came across Lohause and loved that it is family owned and that the frames are made from Mazzucchelli Cellulose Acetate, which makes them unique. He was a bit skeptical since he had to order them online without trying them on but when he received them he was very happy. They look great! Now we wish we could visit the physical store in Italy! 😭 These are the best frames he’s owned and we will be returning customers. I also appreciate the customer service and how accommodating they are with any questions we had. I highly recommend. Thank you!!!

Ordered my first pair of glasses thought I would treat myself. I’d have to say they were lovely but when I woke up this morning I was very disappointed to have a bill from customs for £51. Didn’t think we had to pay that but just read their small print Which is a shame. As it makes them too expensive to buy again, regards Andy B

I love the uniqueness and quality look of these eyeglasses . Especially the Picasso Amber frames. Also that the frames have some flex to them for comfort, but also for handling. I don’t feel like they will break easily. I also appreciate that a blue light filter is an option on the lenses. Ordering is a breeze and user friendly. Very satisfied!

These guys are with intention misleading their customer. See all the 1 star reviews here. I contacted them asking if i could try on some of their glasses. They said yes and i could return it with a 20 dollar fee and except this would be fully refunded. So i order. Only days after i order i receive a customs bill of about 175 USD. When i contact them i tell them i want to return them. They tell me this invoice is non-refundable and have to be paid. For me what is unaccatable is that they know this is an issue, which is why they have the same template they send to all their customers. And i understand if i did not reach out before buying, but i specifically asked if i would get any changes and they said no. This clearly has a burden of proof that they are speculating on this. They should be ashamed of their practices and take ownership and simply inform people of this beforehand so it will be avoided. Now they are not returning any of emails. Smells really really bad.

I have purchased 4 frames from you, for me and for my family. They are all great in terms of quality and look. We are all wearing them with joy and satisfaction. Spikes are my favorite frames and I am really proud wearing them! I get many questions from my friends on where I’ve got these frames from. So, obviously I promote Lohause brand as I am 100% satisfied with your products and services. As I have recently placed few orders I do have experience with Lohause customer relations and services that are just superb. My experience re delivery time is also great. Its hard to believe but I was receiving the Lohause deliveries (to Poland) on the the third day after my order. It’s all just exceptional. Thank you.

Just what i needed!

I recently ordered a pair of the Dean Paradox N1 with custom lenses. As I am writing this, I'm wearing them. The ordering process was simplistic which was important since I wear progressive lenses. The glasses arrived in just over 2 weeks and were a perfect fit out of the box. The quality of the frames was apparent and my prescription was spot on. Well done lohause.

The glasses are magnificent, the customer service is exceptional and the social media has me rethinking life… for the better!
