One of the best purchases I had in the last few years. The customer support was great and the prescription lenses were completely worth it.

Great quality, great brand

I am very happy with my experience! The glasses frames are of excellent quality, and even my optician in Germany was impressed by them. Everything was delivered promptly, and shipping to Germany was no problem at all.

I ordered three frames to try on and ended up keeping two because they were so beautiful! Communication via email in English was great—quick responses to all my inquiries. The return process for the third frame was well-organized via FedEx, and I received my refund minus the agreed-upon fees, which were clearly communicated in advance.

Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this shop! 😊

This has been one of the most challenging experiences. Not only have they avoided refunding me around £400 for the full cost of the glasses as when I received them they were bent and really really big. I have returned them and 3 months later they are withholding the refund for the “frames” they agreed to refund me. They ignore my messages and still have not processed anything to do with money back to me. If you want to return your glasses because of whatever reason, be aware about this company. The customer service have ignored me for months and even when they have confirmed they have received it they still are yet to provide me with any money back. The glasses themselves could be a better quality as for the price you’d believe they would be what you are paying for. I’ve only left about 3 reviews that could be more positive in my life and this is one of them I’m adding to that list.

Customer service and overall decency could be improved, also refunding a customer within a reasonable time period or even refunding them at all would be great.

Absolutely over the moon with my new frame!
I've never purchased a pair of glasses online and wasn't planning to - until I came across a frame by Lohause which I really loved the look of.
They provide accurate measurements which really helps and what made me decide to just go for it.
When they arrived, I just put them on and they were perfect.
Very nice, comfortable and stylish, made of good quality material and very good price too.
Highly recommended !

If I could give zero stars I would..
This company gladly took $200 bucks from me, and basically ghosted me for trying to fix my order. Make sure you read the fine print before ordering these awful glasses because most of them are kid sized. If you happen to order them and want help exchanging, they will never contact you back. No customer service number, just a message page, that they never check. BE CAUTIOUS

I am the proud owner of 3 pairs of lolhouse glasses, The quality of the frames and the efficient and speedy delivery of the frames has impressed me most of all.
The Winston glasses are my particular favorites.
