It was so so simple. After doing some research I loved that you get someone to come by and take the blood. I wanted this done by a professional. The results came back so quickly as well. I didn’t find the actual dr interpretation all that helpful but they also didn’t know the reason for me taking the test. Would be smart to ask in advance. For example i wanted to see if any hair growth indicating biomarkers were off - and yes, they were even though the markers were within “the norm” they were still too low for optimal hair growth. Great service tho, I’d do it again :)

The test was fast and efficient. The nurse who came out to me was great and made me feel at ease. I did mention that I was interested in my fertility hormones as I plan to try again to conceive, no mention of what the fertility hormone levels meant was mentioned in my dr report so that part of the test feels pretty pointless as I can’t interpret them. My prolactin levels were high which might be what’s causing my infertility, again no mention of the link to fertility in my doctors report. My TSH level was also at the lowest of the scale which I also know can affect sustaining a pregnancy, again no mention of this, That’s a huge disappointment for me and I will now have to redo the tests with Hertility. I’m really happy with the rest of the tests though. The layout is easy to read. I would retest again with Lola but would use Hertility if you want any insite into the fertility side.

The medic who visited me to take the blood sample "Aamir" was the most polite and respectful person I think I've ever met! Incredibly professional and made me feel at ease. Was a pro at taking the sample - no bruises and barely felt it. The sample was taken on Tuesday morning, they finished testing on the following Monday with a Doctor giving feedback on it by the Tuesday. (360 elite). Great service - heartily recommend.

Overall the whole process went very smoothly and as expected. The phlebotomist arrived exactly when she said she would, and posted the sample off straight after leaving my home at the nearest post office which was very reassuring (I took note of the tracking number just incase).

The only 'problems' were something was missing from the sample kit (the thing that goes around the arm tightly during the blood draw) so she had to compromise with a torn glove!
Another thing is my Cortisol levels seemed low for the time of morning the blood was taken but this wasn't mentioned in the results because it was classed as a random test. My cortisol levels were something I was concerned about and part of the reason I chose this test. But I'll look into an actual cortisol test in future when I need more accurate results on that.

I really like the layout on the app, it shows results in a clear and simple way.

Overall I would use Lola again in future.

I used Lola blood testing for the first time. I was very impressed with all aspects of the service. From quick response from customer service to the phlebotomist who was perfectly on time, was so lovely and very professional.
I received my results for the 360 advanced test 2 days later, along with a written report from a Dr. Results given both on Lola app and PDF form.
Having been a user of other online blood testing companies. Where venous drawn bloods are offered but with the need to organise and pay for bloods drawn yourself, Lola takes all this hassle and extra costs away.
Will definitely be using Lola in the future and can highly recommend them.

Phlebotomist arrived on time and I've got my results 3 days later.
This is the case where price match the quality if service.

The communication by Lola is amazing, they are very responsive and helpful both on email and phone.
I've had however issues with the phlebotomist, who arrived 2 hours later than the scheduled time, and this has been a very stressful experience, and has affected my work schedule too. Lola offered me refund of 17% for this, and they have been very apologetic.
The blood test itself went fine, and they made sure I was ok through the process.
The results came back a few days later, and it is a nice readable format, and the doctor's note tries to explain what everything means.
Unfortunately I was also advised, that there was a delay in the lab with processing the full blood count and due to this certain markers may be unreliable. I was offered 15% discount to re-do the test, but at this point I am not sure to trust the whole process again.
I'm giving the 4 stars mainly on them being nice and good communicators, but have mixed feelings on the overall results and process.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the service from Lola from start to finish but what I loved the most was the fantastic feedback from the Dr regarding my results . I will definitely be repeating my blood tests in 3 months to enable effective monitoring of my health. The friendly email responses are wonderful too and just adds to the whole positive experience. Great experience! A phlebotomist came to my home on the Monday to collect a sample, I had my results by the Friday. I was kept in the loop for the entire process. The doctors summery was very insightful and gives you a great window into your health so you can improve your lifestyle and improve your overall health. Will definitely use again in the future to check my progress.

The experience with Lola has been awesome! I asked lots of questions via Facebook messenger and they were fast and polite to respond. I eventually ordered on a bank holiday weekend and still got the kit delivered the day after the bank holiday (Tue) and the phlebotomist on the Thursday. Via email they have also been super quick to respond and knowledgeable. The Phlebotomist was absolutely wonderful, she posted the results back for me the same day and I got notification they were received by the lab on Friday and got the results the same day. The report is very detailed and allowed me to export to PDF. I wasn’t expecting a doctor’s comment on the report results which was also very helpful. I will *absolutely* be using them again! Really fast and helpful service with easy venepuncture sample instead of finger with flexible booking for a local professional to help. Extra insights on training and nutrition easy to adjust based on personal goals.

I really like Lola for its ease of use. I tried it initially out of curiosity and found myself exploring more of its features. The fitness plans based on my preferences are great, and I appreciate being able to connect multiple smart devices to track useful metrics. Although I haven't tried the at-home blood testing feature (since it's not yet available in my country), it seems like a nice addition to help users manage their health better.
