Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

I ordered a cake and a greeting card together for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the cake was delivered on time, but the card arrived a day later. This completely ruined the surprise and the purpose of sending them together.
If you cannot deliver the cake and card at the same time, you should make that clear before accepting the order. Delivering half the gift one day and the other half the next day defeats the whole point.
Very disappointing experience. I hope you improve your delivery service so future customers don’t face the same issue.

Antwoord van Lola's - Broadgate Central
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
I am very sorry to hear that the separate delivery of your cake and card ruined the surprise for your special occasion. This is highly unusual as all items in an order are always dispatched and delivered together.
I will log your feedback for our teams to review to understand what may have happened and I will be in touch with you via email shortly to discuss further.
Kind regards,
Lovely to look at and lovely eat
