Thank you kindly for contacting us regarding this issue. We would of hoped that you would of contacted us first via email, in order to look into the matter, as this is the first we are hearing about it.
Your order was received on Tuesday 9th May 2023 and was shipped on Friday 12th May.
We have looked into the matter using your tracking and can see that Royal Mails system are not showing any information apart from the day we have shipped. We sincerely apologise for the delay in you receiving your package.
We understand your frustration and sincerely apologise. We try our best to get customer packages sent out as soon as possible. However, the issue is with Royal Mail not delivering on time.
It's really frustrating for both you the customer and ourselves as a small business, as it reflects badly on our reputation, even though its not our fault.
We now would have to follow Royal Mails policy, which states that both you the customer and ourselves, will have to wait for 10 working days before putting in a complaint. After 10 working days if you the customer has not receive your order, then we, as a company, can put in a complaint.
Unfortunately we would not be able to send another parcel out or offer a refund until Royal Mail confirms what has happened to the first order we sent.
Once again we do apologise and hope that you receive your package as soon as possible.
We appreciate your business and do apologise for the inconvenience that this situation has caused. You are a valued customer and we are committed to providing you with the best service possible.

Disappointed
I was rather disappointed with my order this time around the quality just wasn’t there. The perfume just smelt off to me and gave an air freshener like feel rather than a well blended fragrance. Just wasn’t the same as my previous order which was great quality and long lasting.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, but hoped that you would of contacted us firstly through email, in order for us to look into the matter.
We received your order on Friday 28th April 2023, which was packaged and shipped on Tuesday May 2023. We also emailed you with your tracking number.
We have looked into the matter using your tracking number and can see that on Wednesday 3rd May @2:10, a delivery was attempted at your address, which was unsuccessful. Again on Thursday 4th May @12:28, another delivery was attempted, which was again unsuccessful.
On Saturday 6th May @11:05 another delivery was attempted, which was successful. We have proof from our records that the package was picked up and signed for by yourself. Therefore, it is really puzzling as to why you would leave this review.

I've problem with my perfume bottle
I've problem with my perfume bottle. The bottle is leaking all over the time from the top( button). Even when I don't use it every time when I'm taking it and trying to use whole bottle is wet. I'm keeping it in proper possession but it doesn't change anything. This is the reason why I ordered next one. In about next week I'm going back to Poland so I don't have time to send it back to you but if you want I can send you some pictures how it's looking like. Is there any chance to solve this issue?

Unfortunately, Royal Mail later confirmed the original parcel was marked as delivered with GPS location and a signature, meaning there were limitations on what could be done from their side.

My search for decent clones continues..
Tried two different scents, the Rouge and the Noir Extreme and sadly they both missed the mark.
Both were very oily on the skin, the Rouge smelled similar to the original but was so faint I had to press my face up to it to get anything and the Noir was much stronger but smelled like generic £5 aftershave.
Unfortunately I can't recommend either if you are looking for a scent that's going to get compliments.

Omg the perfumes are amazing
Omg the perfumes are amazing, they are so nice and smell exactly like the originals. So a lady at the Luton mall served me. After smelling all the fragrances I brought 4 different bottles as they were so nice and smelt just like originals. I went to a wedding and a friend sprayed bacarrat rouge onto me, when I smelt it at LPF shop it's smelt exactly the same I got excited and brought the 100ml for fraction of the price. I feel so pleased 😄
The younf lady was also very lovely and helpful. Kizz I think her name was.
