I have been a customer for PRP hair with Shobna in their Kingston clinic. She is very professional and knows PRP very well. She is a PRP guru there and if you go ask for her specifically.

I have been a customer with Premier laser clinic at Kingston for almost two years now. I have had a number of treatments, including I-pixel resurfacing, PRP for face and scalp with Shobhna C. Shobhna has been a wonderful aesthetician who takes her time getting to know your concerns, provides you with appropriate recommendations and makes you feel very comfortable with her calm and professional approach. All the treatments I have had with her have been very helpful to address my concerns. I intend to keep using her skills in the future. Will highly recommend her at the Kingston clinic.

I returned to premier laser Kingston for the first time after having kids and was happy to see that Sobhna would be my clinician again! I was nervous as it had been a long time since my last session but Sobhna made me feel so comfortable and listened to all my concerns. She’s a great asset to the team, very professional and personable.

I am writing this review as a 14-year veteran of aesthetic treatments who completely knows their own anatomy and baseline dosing. My experience with Premier Laser & Skin Clinic was an absolute disaster from start to finish, demonstrating a severe lack of clinical competence and professional ethics.

I received what was claimed to be 32 units of toxin across two separate sessions (an initial treatment and a 12-day top-up). Anyone familiar with these treatments knows that 32 units in the glabellar complex should produce a significant, noticeable blockade. In my case, it produced absolutely zero clinical result. I documented my muscle mobility and sent the clinic clear photographic proof showing the total lack of efficacy.

The fact that full mobility has remained completely unchanged and there is no difference whatsoever confirms my suspicion that the toxin was either severely over-diluted, expired, or improperly stored.

Worse than the treatment failure was the clinic’s defensive and evasive behavior. When I requested basic clinical transparency, specifically a unit breakdown, batch numbers, and the name of the prescriber under a formal Subject Access Request (UK GDPR), the manager, Sima, repeatedly stonewalled and refused to provide my own medical data. It took well over two weeks of constant chasing just to get this basic information.

When I finally managed to get her on the phone to address the lack of results, her conduct was entirely unprofessional. Instead of offering a clinical review or a resolution, she aggressively dismissed the failure as "immunity" and refused to offer any compensation, apology, or credit note, stating that a dismissive phone call itself was sufficient resolution. Furthermore, I was never provided with the prescribing doctor's details, which I also explicitly requested. This is a fundamental breach of accountability for a prescription-only medication.

Advice is not a substitute for a consumer service paid for but not received. Withholding batch numbers for weeks from a patient is a massive red flag in clinical governance.

Avoid this clinic at all costs if you value clinical transparency, professional ethics, or actually getting the treatment you paid for.

Rude disrespectful manager in Fulham branch - no apologies for someone who had bought 12 full laser treatments for myself and my sister, they even lied about how many of my sessions I have used. Pretty shocking and I would never go back after I finish my sessions. Do not use them, they don’t deserve clients money. The therapist were great but management is unbelievably bad.

I’ve been receiving laser hair removal and microneedling treatments at Premier Laser & Skin Clinic’s Liverpool Street location, and I’m extremely pleased with the results.
A special mention goes to my skin specialist, Farah K.—she is incredibly knowledgeable, highly skilled, and experienced with all skin types. Her professionalism and exceptional customer service are the main reasons I’ve remained loyal to this clinic.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at soho branch. I only wanted to treat a small patch of melasma under my eye, but during the consultation I was told a Cosmelan peel was the only solution and that everything I needed would be provided. After paying, I was then told I had to purchase additional products for the next 6 months.

I followed everything exactly, yet my melasma actually got worse. A year later, they suggested chemical peels, then later laser, so clearly what they initially pushed on me wasn’t even the right treatment. After 2 years of constant trips into central London and spending over £3,000, I saw zero improvement.

What frustrates me the most is how I was treated. I raised concerns multiple times that nothing was working, but I was ignored. The staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. At one point, they even burned my skin by using settings that were far too high on the laser. Instead of taking responsibility, they made me feel like my case was the problem.

I recently went to another clinic, and within just one month my melasma has improved by 70%.

I understand that no skin treatment can guarantee results, but the lack of care, accountability, and professionalism here is unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this clinic. Once something goes wrong is when you will see their real customer service.
I never write bad reviews and affect anyone’s business but it’s making me sad and frustrated even writing this right now that so much of my time and money was wasted and how I was treated.
save your money and go somewhere better.

I’ve been having microneedling with Aspazia at Premier Laser Clinic Fulham for about 10 years now — and that says everything.

She knows exactly what she’s doing. Every time, she properly assesses my skin and adjusts the needle depth based on what it actually needs. It’s not generic — it’s tailored.

I’ll be honest — it’s not a comfortable treatment for me. I always use numbing cream (which helps a lot), and I’d recommend taking pain relief beforehand if you’re sensitive. The session itself takes around 30–60 minutes depending on the area.

What makes a big difference is how Aspazia works. She’s incredibly gentle and checks in constantly throughout, so you feel looked after the whole time.

Afterwards, expect redness for a couple of days — completely normal. You won’t be going out that evening. She gives a soothing aftercare mask to use at home, which really helps calm everything down.

Then about 2 weeks later — this is where it pays off.

Skin looks smoother, fresher, properly glowing. It genuinely softens lines and improves overall texture.

If you’ve got something coming up, book it in advance. It’s one of the best “bang for your buck” treatments out there for real, visible results.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Towards end of last year I attended the Premier Laser Clinic to receive the new Julaine treatment for my face and neck .
It was the very first time I ever had any injectable treatments.

The doctor who carried out the treatment was very professional and I hardly felt pain .

After a month the results showed well and in many occasions people kept commenting that I look younger and more fresh (without knowing I had a treatment)

I went back for my 2nd session in February this year .
Happy with the results .

My final session will be around May this year .

I’m a new customer and had booked a consultation. I planned my day around the appointment, but on the same day I was informed that the slot was no longer available. That was quite disappointing.

I am extremely concerned about the tattoo removal session I had that was performed by Magdalena. I have previously been to specialist clinics for other sessions, but was assured that the clinicians had been trained appropriately at Premier Laser. This would have been my twelfth tattoo removal session and there was not a lot of ink left, but there was a lot of hyperpigmentation. Magdalena has lasered the entire area, not understanding the difference. She was so arrogant that she didn't think to ask anyone (although I have concerns that the other clinicians are also unaware of the difference). I have consequently been burned and the tattoo removal site has been left in a state. The dressing she put on fell off within 12 hours and she provided aftercare instructions that are completely contradictory to other clinics. You are meant to keep the dressing on for 24-48 hours. I contacted the clinic about my concerns but have received no response. Please do not attend this clinic for tattoo removal and go to a specialist one.

I have been trying to get a response from this clinic for the past four months regarding issues with my laser hair removal treatment, and no one has bothered to reply to my emails or contact me. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

I was encouraged to purchase a full laser package, but the service did not meet expectations. Some areas were missed during treatments, and when I raised this concern, I was told to purchase additional sessions rather than being offered a proper resolution.

I am very frustrated with how this has been handled and simply want a response and accountability. Based on my experience, the aftercare and customer service have been extremely poor.

I have been severely burnt from laser hair removal here. I am currently asking for legal advice as I have had to see dermatologists to correct the burns it caused on my legs . I have had to work from home due to the pain and cancel holidays as I cannot have any sun exposure for at least 6 months. NEVER WALK IN HERE.

I have been attending for laser with Farah for a while now. She is a credit to this company, very informative and caring. Very knowledgeable .

Don’t waste your time with this company. Before my treatment I was lied to by the practitioner who I explained to her that I’ve tried every single treatment on the market and nothing had worked, so I’m very skeptical. She reassured me that the Morpheus8 treatment will definitely remove my old and white stretch marks and she even took me in a private room to speak to me, and invited her polish shop manager (soho branch) to the meeting who was also very certain agreeing with her. She was so adamant that I totally believed that it will work and signed up straightaway. After my 6 session treatment I complained to a senior manager in writing about what had happened because the treatment didnt work, nor was there any difference whatsoever, and she said she doesn’t believe that they did that, that they would not say anything like that and that I signed the consent form which says they can’t guarantee results. She didn’t do anything about it. And I had written to the shop manager prior to this aswell reminding her of what she had advised me. I was lied to and manipulated all because they are very unprofessional! Please please don’t waste your time, efforts and money with them. You will only regret it!!
