I placed a order some weeks ago now and have not received it. Sent email to them to which they replied that they were in the process of moving but would be sent out straight away. Still no parcel. That was 3/4 weeks ago, so sent another email, no reply. Have rung a mobile number this morning and left message. Will they reply, I am not sure. This service is disgraceful. If they have gone bust they should contact all their customers with outstanding orders and pay back the money.

Following placement of order stating delivery in 3 days, all went quiet, following a chasing email I received a consignment note from DX but they were awaiting the item to be delivered from LRC. Despite numerous emails, I never received a response. The rug has still not been delivered to the delivery company. I have since cancelled the order but again no response and still awaiting refund. I would not recommend ordering from LRC.

I still haven’t received my rug despite it saying at the point of order that it would arrive in 3-4 days. I have been chasing daily for an update but have not received a response, even to say that there is a delay. Would not recommend.

Extremely good service and a fast delivery time

As usual l have no issues with the diffusers, l love Mila l got it like 3 times. What l dont like is the delivery process, takes too long and there is always an issue with the courier

Ordered a rug and was sent tracking information that just never updated. Emailed several times with no response, no contact number on their website. Then about a week later they replied to my email and said the rug was damaged in transit (read other reviews about the same story) so it’s a regular occurrence and no other stock remaining. Cancelled, what a waste of time & very frustrating.

If the aim was to create a diffuser that looks disappointing, scratches at the slightest touch, and loses its scent almost instantly, then job done.

The bottle is made from very thin glass, scratches ridiculously easily, and the fragrance certainly doesn’t last. Add in the poor communication and the whole experience feels like a waste of money. There are far better companies out there, so I’d save yourself the disappointment and shop elsewhere.

Quick delivery. It was a repeat order. Diffusers are both stylish & smell lovely.

I just recieved my beautiful defuser. Im trilled with the fragerance.. the london rug Company were so professional and easy to deal with. I look forward to doing business with them again.

This is the second order I have placed. First time the rugs arrived but took weeks and lots of chasing. This time I ordered a replacement rug to match another in our open plan living room/diner. Ordered in January, chased beginning of Feb to be told DX collecting rug Monday. Now Thursday and being told DX not got and they cant find it and have no more in stock so pick a different one I have replied that this is not an option as I need it to match the one I have. Shock horror no response. Communication and service is shocking.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with London Rug Company. I ordered a rug in mid-December (Order #3316) and I have been waiting for it for two months now.
​Initially, the communication was okay, but since January 22nd, they have completely disappeared and are ignoring all my emails. They claimed that DHL collected the rug, but tracking shows only "Label Created" in Manchester since January 6th. DHL confirmed to me that they never actually received the parcel.
​It is heartbreaking because I had been looking for this specific rug for an entire year, only to be met with lies and total silence from the customer service team.
​Pros: None.
Cons: Fake shipping updates, terrible communication, and zero respect for customers.
​I have now formally requested a refund and will be escalating this as a chargeback through my bank. Save your money and your nerves—shop elsewhere!

Ordered a rug which was unfortunately too light, trying to return but cannot get a hold of anyone regarding instructions for the return! Shocking customer service! Sent 4 emails no reply!

I ordered a rug nearly 2 weeks ago , the rug has still not arrived , it was stated the delivery time is 2-3 days , I have sent a number of emails and had no response , I am not happy with the customer service at all . There is no contact number to speak to customer service , they don’t answer emails , it’s so frustrating!

This is my second purchase from The London Rug company - easy to order, fast delivery and great protective packaging. The quality and gorgeousness of these rugs is insane!
