I initially intended this as a Christmas present, but unfortunately, the box arrived damaged. Nevertheless, I adore the fragrance and definitely plan to buy it again. I just hope future deliveries are handled with more care.

We ordered a rug in the sale and it was delivered quickly. We are really pleased with the rug. It was well packaged and looks great.

Fabulous rug. Looks lovely however it does have loose threads. I contacted the company & have been told to cut them off.
This I is will do but hoping that my rug doesn’t deteriorate in time.
I have deducted stars as these items should be checked before despatch as they aren’t cheap.

I am very disappointed in my delivery from the London rug company. My parcel was left outside my front door whilst I was in work, only to return home and it had been stolen from my property. I did not agree for the parcel to be left when no one was home. I have been in contact with the company who have been very reluctant and still chasing for a refund on an order I never received. I will definitely not be buying from this company again as I paid a lot for this rug and can not get a refund.
