Returning an item
Initially the return process appeared a little slow and frustrating but when I did get a response from customer services it was promptly and efficiently dealt with.

So thrilled to see the London Ski Co back online again this year with their luxury ski brands. They have a fabulous selection of upmarket ski wear which is often only available in the ski resorts.
The customer service is superb.
The only shame is that I live in Manchester and have been unable to visit the shop in person.
Highly recommeded.

Great jacket and great delivery BUT for a high end luxury item (£500 jacket) the packaging I think should be a lot better than a DHL box and plastic factory bag.
Would use again but think high end items should be delivered/packaged in high end way.
