Excellent choice and quick delivery

After the order, I got a email that 3 out of 5 items i ordered were out of stock. Very disappointed. If the stock information was correct, I would have selected something else to justify the delivery cost. And I have to call for the refund as it was not happening as mentioned in the email.

Quick delivery, well packaged and customer support are fast to respond to queries.

I ordered multipacks of seaweed snacks. They sent single packs instead, but charged me for multipacks. They blamed it on their website being wrong.then ignored customer . Previously when i ordered multipacks, that's what i received. I have never shop at Longdan anymore.

I ordered frozen items from Longdan.
I was impressed by well they packed, when items arrived it was still frozen like if it was just take out from the freezer.

Quick delivery excellent service

I will give one star because I can't give less than that. I was there today and all of the products I bought had wrong prices on the shelf. I only found out at the till that the prices have been increased after I told the sales person that on the shelf there were different prices. I am already careful with the shop as many products are "conveniently" placed on the wrong shelf with a different price. I think 20% "mistake" in price is too much. I will give it a miss from now on.

Excellent selection and delivery was super fast

Arrived in good time, and very well packed..no complaints..

We were followed around the store by this lady in the shop. As she had just target my family but no one else the shop.
With our unease growing, I decided to address the situation directly. I informed the woman that if she was tailing us due to our ethnicity, specifically because we are black, it would be greatly appreciated if she ceased doing so, as it was making my family feel increasingly uncomfortable. Unfortunately, her response was a resounding no she will not stop.

Disheartened by the encounter, my family and I completed our purchase and departed from the Maidstone branch. I must admit that I am now hesitant to recommend this particular establishment to others. It has become evident that our skin color has unjustly labeled us as potential thieves, which is both disconcerting and abhorrent. Never before have I experienced such profound disappointment.

In a world where hatred already permeates far too many aspects of society, it is imperative that your staff learns the importance of treating individuals, especially customers, with the utmost respect. The extent of my disbelief and anger at being subjected to such treatment is immeasurable.

Brilliant customer service, products well packaged and arrived quickly!

Some things were out of stock and the website is kind of annoying to use, especially on mobile, but overall a good experience - had to change the delivery address after order has been "shipped" and was able to do this without any trouble.

Delivery took ages and then came with limited options for delivery times.
