These shoes came swiftly, I tried them on, they were comfortable but I could do with the size smaller (size down if in doubt).

I simply emailed in & Lono were quick to respond, created me an exchange case within hours & shipped replacement shoes same day. Top service - very impressed.

Can’t wait to put them to the test on the trail!

Despite following the size chart, but the shoes are too small. The design is quite strangely shaped, my big toe doesn’t fit comfortably in the shoe at all.
Delivery took almost a month. When I opened the package, there was also a very strong chemical smell, which is quite concerning.
The return process is another major issue. Returns are at the customer’s own expense, and as you're likely to return the shoes from another country, the shipping cost can end up being almost half the price of the shoes.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

Absolutely love the shoes! I got the Verve trail runners and they feel absolutely incredible. I have tried other barefoot shoes but none compare to these. The tread has you absolutely locked in going uphill, downhill, and in any quick turns. It’s the first shoe that I have had that I completely trust when I plant my foot even on things like wet grass. They feel like feathers on my feet but they are built to last. Also the little layer of carbon fiber on the sole provides a nice little springy feeling when your foot leaves the ground! All in all it’s an incredible shoe and one that I find myself wishing I could wear to work (even though my job requires steel toe boots :). 10 out of ten would recommend and buy again. Also their customer service is prompt on their responses and very helpful. I ordered the wrongs size, and it was not long at all before I had the right size on my doorstep!

I ended up ordering one size smaller and they fit perfit. (directions on website are correct) Shipping took less than 2 weeks. I wear them barefoot, I have plantar fasci. and so far so good, no pain!

The return policy is way too hard. No other company makes this so hard. If they would have come close to my size(yes I measured) I would have kept them. I wear barefoot shoes every day. These were a size too big and way too wide and heavy. Please refund as I followed your terms for return at my expense.

I bought my first pair from Lono on 5 Feb and got the shoes on 16 Feb. The courier companies did not give me any status updates. I have no idea of the exact delivery date.

Quality is marginally acceptable
I wore this pair less than 10 times within these 1.5 months. The sole near the heel starts peeling off.

The shoes are very good, I have several, I love them. The shipping is disastrous, you can't track the product properly, especially when it comes from China. The fact that the company uses the delivery company Evri is even worse. My package still hasn't arrived!!! The delivery guy couldn't deliver the package twice, and I was home both times, and one day I even left the main door open for him. He didn't try to open the door or ring the bell, he must to be an NPC. I changed it, so I asked Evri to deliver it to the nearest post office, it's very interesting that the package is in transit two days ago and hasn't even reached the post office yet and dropped the package off!!!!!!! This is not the first time happened. Does anyone work at Evri!? There's no customer service, the chat bot is a bunch of crap, you won't get a meaningful answer from it. This company should have died out when it was Hermes, because it's a crappy company.I called the phone number on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and today and nothing happened, I spoke to the chat bot many times and nothing happened, no one called me or sent me an email.Tracking nr.:H01LFA0278391618
I hardly ask you LONOWEAR please in the uk use Royal mail every time!!! And I also ask you to work on tracking the shipment from China because looks like the package was in the same warehouse for 6 days, and then I don't know what jet plane they used to transport the package to England, but the plane was here in 3 hours from China, at least that's what the tracking number shows. Not happy!!!! Today (19.02.25) I received an email that the package was lost!

The shoes are so excellent. The cork insole is key for barefoot shoes, and it's the party I didn't even know I needed. They were delivered when expected. I will definitely purchase from this brand again. So happy I found them!

I put in the wrong address and lono sorted it out for me quickly. Received the shoes and absolutely love them.

I don’t really use this shoes really often to give a review it I wear it for two days and I like it, seems to be good quality, and let’s see what happens

Communication was good and thankfully, everything went smoothly. Two things to know: 1, they ship direct from China, so just be ready to wait longer than some online buys. 2, I’m not sure if I just got lucky, but no taxes are collected…my package did not get held up and I wasn’t charged anything on delivery…but YMMV. My only critique is the tracking data was updated until release in Canada…a couple days later after no other updates, the shoes just showed up. Again, all good, but not as detailed on tail end tracking.
