I received a damaged whiskey glass on my initial order. I contacted Loomcustom and they responded very quickly and replaced the glass. They treated me very professionally and I will order from them again. It would have been nice if a complimentary gift was thrown in with the glass (wink wink).

Reading your response and still in disbelief with your response. We have had several back and forth emails. Yes, I stated "make hair a lot shorter" and as explained in my email to you, that was perfect and just about the only thing done right. The figurine does not look like image. Period. You are trying to justify by blaming production, 3D imaging etc.... Again, the problem was never the hair. It is the actual face of someone else! All this back and forth and the right thing to do is to produce a new figurine. That's customer service, especially since your product is so over priced!

Ordered spiderman 3D image with personalized figurine. Everything was great, except image I received was NOT image I submitted. After several emails they said I approved image and were not willing to remake figurine. What I approved was not what was received. I even sent them a side by side of my picture vs. what was received. It clearly does not look like picture I submitted. So now I am stuck with someone else's face. Also very expensive!!!!
I have ordered custom designs from other companies and have never been disappointed. What is so hard about duplicating a photo???!

Forced to give one star just to leave a review. I ordered three items expecting the amazing 3D figures shown in the pictures. Product was very expensive but was willing to pay for the 3D Figures. It looked amazing in the preview. What arrived was a joke - just flat plastic pieces that make a small 4x4 box, and they are about fourth of the size they should be. The product images are completely deceptive.

I am so disappointed. I thought I was purchasing a 3D figure in a personalized box of Spider-Man. I received these plastic pieces to assemble that are cheap. I’m sad I paid over $70 for something that is useless. Do not order from this site.

Total scam company
Total scam company. Images on site are not what they mail you. They don't send you a proof of item as stated. You do not get correct personalization and you do NOT get your face on items. They refuse to correct and will not issue refunds. Worst company and scammers ever. AVOID!!

I was very disappointed in this company I order the the football locker room and the picture they show is a figure that is an actual size of an action figure. It is not I even order the larger size hoping it would be big and of coarse it’s a size of a pen but it’s made of plastic so you don’t get the look like it’s an actual figure. Then they offer you a gift box 6.99 thinking it’s the box that holds the figure in. It’s not it’s just a box to ship your items in. However I did file a dispute through PayPal for false advertising. I only wish I could add pictures so the people no that it’s a scam.

I got suckered and ordered this for my husband. What seemed like a very cool gift. I ordered on August 6th, they were very quick to take my money. I still don’t have my item. They sent pictures that the item was delivered on August 21,2026 at 1:20am. I do not have the item. This is also after they lost the first shipment. After 10 plus emails they keep giving me the runaround. I am now on hold with my bank. What a crock!! Stay away and do not order!!

PLOT TWIST
Do NOT purchase from this company.. .as many have said in previous reviews... the "display" box is nothing short of a flat box that held the pieces of the figure together. I will admit that the resemblance to my son was very realistic, everything else is twisted truth and exaggeration. The package arrived with NO instructions and packaged in the "gift box". When i told them no instructions were included (for that astronomical price, they immediately sent me a picture diagram...thats it, a picture diagram. They also explained that the box is for display AFTER assembled....not a box to store the finished product in...THEY described...a DisplayBox...bull crap....its a $6.00 box to hold the unassembled product in..period. Their products look amazing in print, but the actual product AND the customer service sucks. Spend your $$ elsewhere, you'll thank us All in the morning!!!!

This company is scammy, objects in picture are misleading! It juts arrived and I thought it was going to look like a pop but instead it’s just a 3 D print up and this wasn’t cheap! Very disappointing how you can’t trust companies to deliver what they advertise.
