The only reason I gave them a 1 is there is no 0! I ordered a no stick glucose meter. I received an oxygen "oxymeter" I sent them the order that states blood glucose meter. I received a reply that said if I send them an additional $10 they would send the correct meter. I advised why do I have to pay additional money for their mistake. I am NOT sending any more money to these crooks. Btw there web site looks legit...

Do never buy from them! Not even deserving one star. They're advertising beautiful clothes but sending the crap unwearable. When I asked for the refund they didn't even offered a partial one, just a voucher, fist 15% than 30% for the next purchase. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

This is a rip off. Product was not as indicated on line. Got me this time but not again.

Would rate negative stars if I could. “Oversized” windbreaker rain jacket was ridiculously small and really cheap material. (As a plus, I did like the color). Sent pictures and requested return label (per their website) the same day the package was delivered. Was told that because item was not “defective” they were unable to comply. What a joke. Save your money and DO NOT patronize these jokers.

Sandals were way too small. Not worth the money. Offered to pay to return them for a full refund. The company refuse to give me the address to return them.

I have ordered cotton/linen top and have received cheap polyester/elastane version.
Never buy from this company. They are scammers!!!

This company is operating also as loomhe.com and the e-mails are coming from Pristime (lingyu).
I have ordered a jumper: casual fit, wide, elegant, asymmetric. The price was very tempting. Instead I have got a totally different item, different style… When I asked for refund the customer service asked me to take pictures of the tracking numbers and wait to get the address to send the item back. I took pictures… All the numbers suggested that the item was coming from China. I got the e-mail after approximately a month saying: “ . The return shipping cost is approximately $20, and the return transit time may take about a month. To save you time and expense, we suggest keeping the item or donating it to someone in need. As a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a 30% discount coupon for your next purchase.”
I refused as I don’t want to buy anything from this company any more. They wished me all the best and closed the case.
It’s a pity that I cannot attach pictures here.
This is a worming for future potential buyer. Don’t be as naive as I was.

I ordered the "large yard lanterns" with the realistic flam for my wife. The ad said not to be fooled by the very small, cheap knockoffs available elsewhere.

Ironically enough, that was exactly what I received-small, cheap lanterns that were nothing like the ones depicted in the ad.

I bought the flame lanterns. Very disappointed as they are cheaply made, about half the size that it shows in the ad, does not even look like a flame. I should have known coming from China it would be JUNK. Would never shop from here ever again. 🤬

I purchased some sandals for my wife. Her feet need orthopaedic leather and comfortable shoes. Firstly, it took forever to arrive and we thought it a scam. When they did arrive they were definitely not leather and smelt of some sort of chemical. The size was massively wrong. Her toes would only go into the sandal no more than that. We asked for a return but then the issue started. No acceptance of a return - only a replacement or 20% discount. Rejected this and umpteen emails later and lots of time between and no acceptance of wrong poor supply. I contacted my bank for them to assist me in obtaining my money back. They were brilliant and very helpful and returned my money immediately. They then would take up the attempt to get back the cash from the company. Then 30 mins later I got an email from them to say my cash had been credited. Shows persistence can end with joy.
My advice is - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE - I THINK ITS A SCAM

First of all, I wanted to write a review about Loomhe. When I typed loomhe my review went to loomhy.com. That’s a problem in itself. I am talking about their solar lanterns that look like real flames. Anyway, I was almost scammed by them. If you watch their video ads, notice the misrepresentation of scale! They have done something to adjust the item to look much bigger than the actual item. Be careful of their dimensions too. Description says 11”. That includes what looks like a large diameter rope as it is extended as if it were hanging. I couldn’t find the actual diameter (my guess and it is a guess) it’s cheap twine. Like I said, ALMOST scammed. These are a total misrepresentation of the actual. Just saying…

Do NOT purchase this product. They are NOTHING compared to the web site. About 6 in high, cheap plastic and a white rod that goes down the center that lights up. Can’t believe I lost 109.00, so frustrating. Can’t get company to refund money. Told me to gift them to a friend!

Deceptive advertising. Garden lights as advertised appear larger with flame style feature . Actual product shipped is about 1/3rd the size of the lamps depicted in the ad . Flame style shown in the ad does not exist , lamp glow is only a single light . Customer service via email strings you along , no real effort or intent to make things right.

They use false advertising. I bought the outdoor lamps, they were 1/10 the size that they advertised and they don't work the way there advertising says. Dont buy from this comoany!!

I submitted a review on 5/22/26 for Loomhy/Loomhe. This is actually an update. The orthopedic sandals I received had no padding or cushion and were no better than the 99c shoes. I contacted Loomhy to request the return address and a refund. They advised against returning the shoes and offered a 20% refund. After 29 days, 27 emails, no return address and a 65% refund offer I was frustrated. My last email stated I would file a complaint with SAMR. I contacted my bank and filed a claim. After a few days the last email from Loomhy stated a full refund was issued. They have a “money back guarantee” on the website so I don’t understand why they make it difficult.

Poor quality sandals, made in China, shipped from China despite the ordering page displaying the "Made in USA" logo. Attempt to return, using their guidelines became laughable. They will not provide a return shipping address, rather they offer 20% refund and you keep the product. Daily communication generated a 5% increase in their offer which I finally accepted when it hit 55%.

Received a broken lantern & cannot figure out how to contact them. Will NEVER buy from this company again! Will gladly pay more from a reputable company!

Absolutely Disgusting Company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their products are absolute rubbish. I bought what was advertised as leather orthopaedic sandals size 6. 5 £39.00 including postage. Fast UK delivery. (Joke) Made in the USA (not) . What arrived was a plastic rubber child size pair of light weight slip on's. from china. Not fit for purpose. Their website says money back. No questions asked. After many emails and photos they agreed with me but NO refund offered only 15% of next purchase. Why would I make a second purchase? This company is a complete scam.

Total bunch of Scammers, Items not as described and returns procedure is so designed to stop you even trying to send an item back for a refund. Express delivery !! Only took a month from China. Purchase at your own risk !!

Solar lanterns are not as advertised. Customer service stopped responding when I demanded a total refund. Do not order from this company.
