Solar lanterns are not as advertised. Customer service stopped responding when I demanded a total refund. Do not order from this company.

Their solar lanterns are half the size of what is shown in photos with people and shipping from China took three weeks. The pictures make them appear to be glass with a real flame and they are just plastic with a flame that looks nothing like what is shown in ads. You can buy the exact same lanterns on Amazon for half of the $55 price I paid for two lanterns. After exchanging approximately six emails with customer service requesting a refund of 50% and not having to return them to China they finally offered me a refund of 15% which I took and chalked up the experience to always checking reviews before purchasing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CHINESE SCAMMERS!

I received the tiny plastic solar lanterns they showed on their site NOT to buy. These do not have a flame either. And I ordered 8 sets of artificial flowers that do not arrive at all! They are the worst and never buy from them. They deserve a -5 rating.

They do not advertise their products honestly, as they purport the shoes to be orthopaedic, which couldn’t be further from the truth. The shoes were made with thin, flimsy plastic, 2 sizes smaller than ordered with evidence of parts of the shoe being badly glued together.

I chased them up many times for shipping details, which they were never able to provide. After 4 weeks, when I attempted to cancel the order and get a refund, the elusive package miraculously arrived. It’s taken many emails over many weeks requesting a return address and full refund. They began offering me a 15% refund or a 15% discount on my next order and to give the shoes to charity!! Every email it increases to 15%, 20% refund etc!

This fraudulent company has breached every rule in the book in regard to Customer’s Rights.
Do not get fooled and throw your money away to these cowboys.”

the solar lights on the sight are a big joke alot smaller and no flame I would like my card given a cedit

I also ordered the calico lights and got the little ones that fit in your hand with nothing but a little stem for a light in the middle. They give you nowhere to live chat as they say they will and nowhere to write to them. Definitely a scam. What do you expect when you figure out where it comes from! They are such liars and deceivers.

Tried to cancel an order less than an hour after I made it, which according to their terms and conditions should be accepted.2

Keep getting emails from customer service asking me if I want to keep the order and offering 20% then 30% off next order.
Canceled bank card I used.

Took my money and never got the Solar lantern. Plus afterwards my phone was hacked. DONOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY they are CROOKS

Ordered a pair of "Orthopedic & Non-Slip Sandals" and received something quite different, with a flat insole (though the sandals online is shown with arch support, etc.), a sole which cannot bend at all, different straps and a combo color, not the white I ordered. Only item which as correct was the size. They are certainly 'fake', and unwearable, but can't return as no one responds.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes, identical except for color. The beige were fine, the blue were the wrong size. l contacted the company. they stated it would be to expensive to return the shoes so they offered 15% off this order of 15% off a future order. (like I would order from them again!!)
Never Again. Terrible company.

Loomhe described there product which was a out door Solar Flame Lamp. They told why to buy their lamp and not the cheaper lamp. This lamp I received could not be any cheaper it is the one in the picture they said not to buy. Now im out Sixty dollars and no customer service what so ever . I did report them to the BBB. LOOMHE SUCKS ,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !

Bought solar lights. The advertisement shows big lamps being carried with two hands. My lights showed up and they fit in the palm of your hand. Big time false advertisement.

I ordered large patio lights that were supposed to be a flame but no it took 2 weeks for delivery, the lamps were very small 4 1/2” wide x 5 1/2” high and the flame is non-existing just a blinking light and they want you to pay to ship them back to China. Don’t fall for this scam like I did! Nothing like the ad!

I ordered three pairs of sandals size 5 / 38 and received all three pairs in size 36, which absolutely no good to me. They requested photos, which I sent. They then told me they do not accept returns but I can buy all the sandals again and they will give me a 20% discount. I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with this company. Their customer service leaves much to be desired.

I bought four big lanterns and got two very small plastic lanterns. Loomhes is a scam. They said they were refundable, yet they refuse to answer emails to send the product back. I wish I would have checked reviews first. Stay away from LOOMHE!

I ordered the4 big solar lights and I got 2 very small lanterns,nothing at all like what was advertised. Very disappointed. Haven't heard if they will replace them or not.dont by from these people

Ordered two pairs of shoes which were too small. Could not see how to return them and ask for refund. Finally found an email address and got an AI generated response asking me to send a photo of the goods. I did so, the shoes were still in their packaging but were easily identifiable. Another email came suggesting that a return would cost over $20 and take 1 month so they suggested that we just donate them to charity.

There should be a minus rating - absolute scammers and con artists

I received a pair of shoes that looked cheap and did not fit. I tried to follow instructions to send shoes back which they say must be done within 24 hrs of receipt. I received an undeliverable notice. I tried again and got the same message. I would never purchase from them again because they do not live up to their return policy.

Should be minus star. Avoid avoid avoid. At your own peril. If you want to throw money away, this is the company deal with.
When I received my copy of the order shortly after it was placed , I noticed they had missed out my house number
From the address. I notified them right away.
However several weeks later the tracking showed item was being returned to sender. I messaged them telling them it was on its way back to them and showed the proof of return supplied by Royal Mail, I got an urgent message which said I had to go to sorting office to get the parcel or it was being sent for destruction
Unfortunately after visiting sorting officeI was unable to retrieve parcel After several hours of chasing parcel and phoning supplied numbers I message loo he again.
No reply. Please please do not use this company, there are no guarantees
