Local company with great staff. Ordered online from Available Now stock. Had a choice of 4 items from 3 manufacturers. The features on dishwashers have certainly changed for the better in 12 years.

Questions I had about delivery were answered by direct phone call and confirmed in email.

Delivery was swift as was installation.
Recycled item cleared with minimum fuss.

It is a shame that other (nationwide) companies are not as good as Lords. Actually thats a positive for Lords. Shop Local!

Easy to order, came on time and fitter was experienced and did a really good job.

After placing an online order I received a follow up call to make sure that i had ordered the correct item, an integrated slim dishwasher. We mutually agreed the delivery day and window before the payment was taken. The delivery was prompt, efficient and friendly especially as it was poring with rain.

Friendly and efficient installation - but above all, great customer service. Straight through on the phone to speak to a person. Very happy.

We recently purchased a dishwasher from Carvells in Rugby. The team that delivered, took out the old one and fitted the new one were excellent. They consisted of 3 guys called Gavin, Tom & Brad and were very skilled and efficient. They were a friendly team who got on with the job, taking a lot of care in getting everything fitted and working correctly. This was an integrated appliance and therefore a lot more adjustments needed than normal. We would happily have this team again to fit any appliance. Superb service.

Never used or heard about this retailer before, but they were selling a Ninja air fryer I was buying as a gift at the cheapest price I could find. The buying process was easier, and they had a special 20% discount offer at the time of ordering, which sweetened the deal. They do charge delivery, so consider that when evaluating prices. Item was shipped and delivered efficiently, and I was kept updated with progress. The only concern I have with the item is that the original box it came in looked quite battered, as if it had been delivered and opened before. The product still looks new, but I wonder if it was a customer return, which would also explain the cheaper price. Still, I would have preferred to have known about this up front.

Website was easy to navigate to find what I needed. Ordering was simple, and delivery was super fast next day. All my items arrived earlier than quoted because one of my items was on a pre-order it but it arrived with everything else. Absolutely chuffed.

Lords always deliver fantastic personal service as well as delivering the items themselves. Their website layout and available information is clear and user-friendly. Ordering is easy. Updates are regular with a personal touch. The delivery of our Bosch dishwasher was prompt with the guys making life for us as easy as possible. Why would I buy from a national chain when this family business is price competitive and so attentive to the customer?

I was looking for a dehumidifier. The staff at Lords Electrical listened to what I needed it for and made a great recommendation.
When I collected the dehumidifier, it was ready for me. They gave me an overview of the product in person too.

It is so refreshing to deal with a company where the telephone is promptly answered by a human (without any 'press button 1' etc) then to be quickly passed to the correct department who was quickly able to deal with an order-related issue (thank you).

Searched on Google for 1000W Microwave, Lord's (Carvell's) had best price, in stock at Rugby store. Placed order early hours, at 09:00 had a call to advise ready for collection behind counter. All staff pleasant and very helpful, then follow up email thanking me for the order. Old school service, keep it up guys, we will be back for sure
