Both items received well packed and arrived in one parcel.

I wanted to buy a 42" OLED TV and got very good advice, using the Chat facility on the web site, following which I went ahead with the purchase and paid a little extra for it to be installed and set up. This was all done very professionally and at a competitive price. I'm very pleased to have discovered Lords on line after a physical shop closed in my town.

I have used Lords Electrical for a number of years for the purchase of household appliances. It's a shame that their shop in the town where I live closed down a few years ago, I have no idea why because the population of the town is roughly 26,000. I hope they will return at some point.

Quick and efficient service, ordered the items on Monday and collected them on Tuesday no hassle. Staff were friendly and polite. Lots of great deals instore and online, cheaper than some of the well known stores for electrical goods. It was my first time shopping with Lords Electricals, but will definitely shop there again.
