Gorgeous sleigh bed, fantastic price and brilliant service. What more can I say?

I was surprised by the quality of the bed received !! Couldn't have asked for more. Was kept well updated and bed delivered on time. Had a wonderful experience.

Brilliant company ! Service from start to finish was amazing. Got our swatches sent out first to match it with my wallpaper , emailed to have the bed held up until we completed our room and it was delivered soon after. Our bedroom is now 5 stars thanks to Lorinzer Living !

We ordered an ottoman gas lift storage bed for our daughter to create more space in her room. Absolutely fantastic quality , delivery was within 2 weeks and was kept updated before their arrival. Highly recommend Lorinzer Living and would be buying in future from them.

Lovely luxurious bed , easy to assemble and very comfortable. Its definitely a feature in the room. Highly recommend this company.

The Atlas Chesterfield Sleigh bed is absolutely beautiful , the quality and service we received was brilliant. I had ordered the swatches first and hence I went onto change my mind in color and I'm so glad I did and very happy with how the whole process went. I will definitely recommend this company.

Had my bed delivered today and it is nothing short of amazing. The quality , worksmanship can easily be seen. Prompt delivery and we had the bed assembled in less than an hour !! The service was better than what I expected and I couldn't be happier !! I will definitely spread the word ! Thank you

Extremely pleased with my purchase , the bed is just BEAUTIFUL !! Sent a few emails regarding fabric choice which were dealt promptly and professionally with providing me the option to request fabric samples ( which I missed whilst browsing 😃 ) which made my color choice much easier. The delivery was smooth and on time with polite delivery guy . All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

They are selling false promises on their website. We ordered a bed on 15th January with an estimated delivery of 5 to 10 working days.. nearly 4 weeks later and we are still waiting for this bed. We have had no proper update or confirmation of when this will be delivered!! This is not acceptable, you lie to YOUR customers, then you don’t keep us updated and informed about our purchase. Absolutely appalling service, company’s like this should not be allowed to trade!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... A COWBOY COMPANY...go to a reputable Company where you will be updated about your order.

Shocking company. Must be run from a bedroom in their spare time! Paid in full for a bed, over a week later trying to contact by email, phone, social media & their own ‘message system’ nothing! Then - an email, YES! A reply... great its coming but god knows when... THEN ANOTHER EMAIL 15 mins later.... they are cancelling my order - apparently if you try to communicate your order is cancelled and refunded! YOU ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT AND I WILL BE RECOVERING MY COSTS IF I AM UNABLE TO MATCH CARPETS, PAINT AND FABRIC TO A REPLACEMENT!
Tin pot company avoid like the Chinese Flu! Why start a business if you can’t get the basics right??! Judging by the other reviews I’m not on my own.👎

I’m afraid if a customer cannot get hold of anyone for a whole week your service is not what you state it is! Other reviews with 1 star ratings evidence this!

The timescale was never the issue, your complete lack of communication is!

You do not have a ‘call centre’ you have a generic phone number with an answerphone. You are trying to look like a larger company than you are, hence the fact you reply out of hours to trust pilot reviews rather than to genuine information requests.

You own terms (which i have screen shot) state that once you confirm an order you enter a contract. My side, to pay the bill, your side to deliver. Your email today was to inform me (after a neg review and my credit card company fraud checking you) that my delivery would be next Thursday or Sunday 11-15 working days not the 5-10 specified, therefore in breach of contract.

Clearly you are not in control of your business and you are selling false promises which when questioned you refund and try to blame the ‘impatient’ client.

You can be assured that i will do my homework, raise the relevant small claims court claim (using other reviews as evidence) and seek to recover our loses.

Great bed frame at a brilliant price, went for the Atlas Chesterfield Sleigh Bed and it is simply stunning. From placing the order to delivery the service was amazing . Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.

My bed came exactly as described with excellent service and communication from them. The bed was very easy to put together and looks absolutely beautiful. Lorinzer living is definitely recommended by me.

Update: 4 weeks gone by and still no bed or resolution!!! Avoid
Ordered bed a week ago that said it was 5-10 days for deliery and so far have had no update as to delivery date or dispatch so will leave review as impartial for now until we have had further communication from them

Awful service waited nearly a month for my bed then was emailed saying it was to be cancelled and I should get a refund in a few days....... do not trust or buy from!!!! Stay away.....!!

We ordered a grey kingsize swan bed with a matching ottoman (worth approx £850), chose the fabrics after getting swatches, and were really excited about this new piece of furniture which we had ordered. The reason we went with the company was following good reviews online and because we were able to make the bed bespoke.

Boy were we wrong.

The bed was delivered by an outsourced delivery company (this part is important) and our dad opened the door and let the man in as we were at work. When we placed the order, there was no mention of assembling the bed, hence we were going to do it ourselves. On arrival, the delivery man offered to assemble the bed for a cash fee of £75. Our father took the offer up as it saved us having to assemble it and paid the cash.

Coming home and seeing the final product, there were many issues with the bed itself:
- The finishing was very poor, the product had not gone through quality control, the studs on the end were falling off and when they fell off the unfinished fabric was exposed making it look cheap and tacky
- The ottoman was the wrong colour, beige instead of grey
- The actual ottoman part of the bed underneath was not joined to the bed. There were just two fabric boards placed on the floor which didn't cover the full surface area of the floor, exposing parts of the carpet. We were expecting it to be like a the bottom of a drawer but it wasn't attached

The best part is that the delivery man stole a large sum of money from our home.

We contacted Lorinzer Living straight away, who are really bad at picking up the phone, but are pretty good with replying to emails. We also contacted the driver directly using the number that had been provided on the confirmation - the driver not only denied stealing the money from our home, but also denied assembling the bed and taking the £75 cash. We sent Lorinzer Living proof photos of the man assembling our bed in our room, however they didn't take any responsibility for this. They said they don't deal in cash transactions and that the delivery company are separate to them so they don't take liability for anything that happens within the home. They said they would contact the delivery company, to request a refund but we haven't heard anything back.

The only reason we gave 1 star is because it didn't give us the option of giving 0 stars.

My bed arrived yesterday and it is amazing !! The mattress is equally comfy. It was fit easily together by ourselves , best service I've ever had.

I was so excited when I purchased a new bed frame, until i recieved an email saying they weren't taking orders due to maintenance work on thier site. Why have the site open then?

Reply: Thank you for the prompt notification and refund. For that reason i give you an extra star. Please remember this is my customer experience and opinion, which you clearly do not value.

Zero communication, took full payment and only admitted to not having the components when chased up over a week later. No explanation of expected dates or offers of recompense. Order cancelled and refunded without consultation despite asking to be called by phone and I was left without a bed to sleep on 10days after ordering and no chance of finding one without a significant further delay. Exceptionally poor customer relations.
