HORRENDOUS!!!!!
First off the delivery was absolutely horrendous!! Was told it was coming past 4pm and when I text them at 2pm to check they said they were already there and had not contacted me to tell me. Also they were just going to leave it outside in the poring rain.
And secondly the bed is nothing like the picture it shows on the website! The headboard, sides and bottom are all completely different.
Overall I am very disappointed with both the product and service provided and will not buy from this website again!

Antwoord van Lorinzerliving.com
Dear Megan ,
Thank you for your review ,
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the couriers as they made a mistake while delivering your product out to you and delivered one of our different styled beds (the Zeta Winged Bed Frame instead of the Prisma Winged Bed which is also available on our website and exactly as in the picture of what you received ) , We have also taken upon ourselves to have your complain looked at and forwarded to the concerned partner courier authorities ,
However we are pleased that your issue has now been resolved , and would love to have you come back and shop with us again , if you have any further queries , please feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to help .
Best Regards,
Lorinzer Living Customer Care Team
