they have literally the worst sportsbook I ever met, also their customer support is slow and don't understand simple problems, I don't recommend it. I got my account verified and they stared randomly asking for additional verification when I didn't even win anything yet.

I can't express just how dodgy this platform feels, I've used some poorly rated online betting and casino platforms through the years but none to the level of Lottoland.ie. Their whole business model is to rope people into high risk low paying lottos and slots and if you bet on sports and win they withhold withdrawals, under the guise of enhanced verification without making any contact at all to request the documents.

I see lots of reviewa advising people to avoid casinos and betting platforms and generally most are fine overall. But these guys should be avoided at all costs.

My account was fully verified while i deposited a 4 figure sum but frozen when i requested and withdrawal of half that amount.

I'll jump through their hoops and close my account immediately after.

Joined lottoland on Saturday deposited 550e playing away with 240e in my account then boom locked out of account and asked for passport, selfie of me holding passport, front and back of bank card, bank statement. Did all that straight away and 2 days later still locked out. Got onto chat and he says we sent u an email requesting documents. No such emails arrived. Absolute nightmare of a site.

The biggest scam site on the internet. Cash out doesn’t work for sports betting, tje app keeps refreshing and won’t allow the cash out. The games in the casino are the lowest paying on any site I have ever used and I am a vip status on 4 well known sites so I am well used to online gaming. The rtp of the overall site is the lowest I have seen I would avoid this scam site at all costs you will never win with lotto land an absolutely disgusting site

I’m posting this anonymously to warn others.

I had a long-term account with Lottoland and was later treated as a VIP. Over time I deposited and lost a very large amount of money. During this period I showed clear signs of gambling harm — repeated losses, distress, frequent bonus requests, and ongoing contact with VIP support about losing.

Despite this, gambling was allowed to continue without meaningful intervention. “Safer gambling” consisted mainly of questionnaires that could be ignored while play continued unrestricted. No effective limits, pauses, or affordability checks were applied before things escalated.

I had previously asked for my account to be permanently closed after significant losses, yet the account was later reopened and managed under a VIP programme, which encouraged continued play through bonuses even while I was losing heavily.

When I raised a formal complaint, it was handled politely but ultimately dismissed, with responsibility placed back on me despite the lack of proactive safeguards. Alternative Dispute Resolution confirmed they cannot deal with responsible gambling failures, which leaves customers with very little protection or recourse.

I’m sharing this so others understand that VIP treatment and “safer gambling” messaging don’t necessarily mean you’ll be protected when things go wrong. Please be very careful and set your own strict limits — don’t rely on the operator to step in.

Will do anything they can to keep you from your money when you try and withdraw. And it takes forever regardless. Also the support chat will lie to you to get you off the chat. Stay well away from these lot. Listen to the reviews.

I absolutely love this app.. until recently. Usually withdrawals immediately.. but out of nowhere.. withdrawals stopped.. and wasn't until I spoke to live chat. They told me I have to verify. 72 hours later im still waiting.. I will absolutely change back to 5 star when my account is verified and my withdrawals are completed.

I won 2431€ and spent a month to complete the verification, after I got all requested documents approved, they told me the payment is now approved and I should get it within 2-5bussines days, after waiting a week I never received my money and they now say payment is on hold. Complete fraud! another company to avoid

They banned my account and stole 2000€ only because I was using n26 bank and being Irish.
This is insane, full discrimination and fraud.

My first account got deleted without any reason, no communication - nothing. I raised it and it was basically ignored. They won't even respond to that email. Won't refund error transactions and instead took over a month to put credit into the account that they granted, took away, regranted and took away again. Then emailed to say the statements i sent they wont accept. They say they havent got transactions? Well i sure dont have this money in my account tho. Confirmation statements of it going are there. Then whatever they added i rolled close to like 6-8k spins - win rate? Oh boy, it was bad... All gone in space of few minutes... Thanks buddy, i see what you did there. Every few rolls the spinds would do long rerolls, so sussy - i guess i was put onto the "drain" programme. Everytime i could swear i saw something it would do a reflip of entire screen. Lost 6k fast because. Still waiting on refunds on transactions they "magically" can't find. The "special" spin wins? Never got them, not once? The whole x times for getting the 3 pieces? Yeah, didn't get those either.

So, the more you spend, the more you get drained and they clearly put you on a no-win list.

Used it for a few months.. then after trying to make a transfer to top up my account, the money left my bank but never appeared on my lottoland account. Tried reaching out to them multiple times and never received any response.

After winning total 5700€ nearly gone 3 weeks and still trying get back my withdrawal! I sent attached all documents they asked but unfortunately they can’t see bank statements with 2 different dates so I sent again but still no one answered so I contacted live chat and finally I sent to team of live chat and they confirmed that they sent my statements for approval.
Again after few days Lottoland support uk email that they still haven’t received my bank statements ( already sent 2 times)
So I sent again and still don’t know how long it takes because they answering ones a week and again disappearing.
Supper bad service!
To no one recommended deal with this company

After winning 5k/euro did Lottoland do everything to avoid payout. Change of rules, extra documentation, customer service not responsive, untill I threatened with a complaint at the controlling organ of lottery in UK and Ireland. I have over 50 times contact requests and had to provide all kinds of repeated requested documents. A horrible experience and I do advise no-one to use this platform for lottery or casino.

I have been a client for a few years now, specifically Lottoland Mexico. Because the prices are accesible and it is regulated by the Government, I thought it was a good option, unfortunately, I have been having problems with the website, I first contacted them a few months back, because I cannot log into my account from my computer it says "error", they responded to that email saying not to worry and to use my phone. They did not care to help or solve the issue. And since about a month ago, the mobile version is not working either, so it obviously let you put money into it BUT when I click on any lottery it wont display the lottery page or any lines so that I can pick my numbers,, dates etc. and if I add a ticket from the offers part of the website, it will put it in my cart, but I cannot edit it either or even eliminate the ticket, and also in my account when I click to see the active transactions it wont display them either, I have sent 6 emails to them and also one to corporate and and still no answer. I was enjoying the website but it is evident they do not care about their customers, their service is terrible so it makes me wonder if it is all just a scam, they have lost all credibility. There's many other legit platforms with great service you can use, I do not recommend Lottoland at all.
