This is a scam. It has been over 3 weeks and my account has not been verified yet. I cannot withdraw my money. Do not trust this website.

Took like a month to confirm account, always something missing, but they doesn't contact u. They just ask for something else when u reach them yourself. Chances of winning something must be lowest from all gambling sites as well. To reach customer service takes ages. Disconnects from live chats in the middle of conversations. Website really badly optimised for mobile phone too.

There website was acting up and 2 payments went out of my account when I intended to pay once. I contacted customs service they told me to send them my bank statement of the 2 transactions I sent them and they told me I would get a refund within 10 working days. It’s been 1 month now and I have not reciprocate my money back. It doesn’t seem legit. Please play from the actual lottery app/ website.

The Spanish lottery, el Niño, a full ticket cost 200 euros (I know it because I am spaniard and I have bought that lottery my whole life), but they are selling it to you for 249,99 euros and telling that price has a 50% discount, as the real ticket was 500 euros and they were doing you a favour!
I would have won 20 euros in Spain, but here I got only 10, and I asked, they just told me everything was in the terms and conditions.
Scammers, avoid at all costs.

Groupon gives free Lottoland tickets. However, once I tried to redeem it, Lottoland asked me to pay 2 euros for it. It's not a company, it's a SCAM!

I'm a very honest with my reviews and when I say do not use lottoland I truly mean stay away from this app they should be shut done and it won't be long before country's start shutting them down there a scam for sure they wouldn't accept my passport as vertifacation so I sent so many forms of vertifacation and they still wouldn't I think I might have won big and they have scammed me from my winnings they are nothing but scum trying to feed off the poor!! DO NOT USE LOTTOLAND STAY FAR AWAY FROM IT

They didnt accept my passport photo copy. Its ridiculous. Its scam site. All other broker accepted same photo with passport data page. They will rob you .

Too much hasle to get your won money windrawn to your bank account.
