I’ve order from the business before and the products are beautiful.. There was a small issue with my last order which was in no way Louchie Baby’s fault but that of the courier however, I do understand that this time of year it can be difficult.
I contacted Natalie and she couldn’t have been more helpful. A new item was sent the next day with my tracking details. I couldn’t recommend Natalie & her team any more.. 5⭐️ service & 5⭐️products… Julie

Ordered baby lace trim Muslin - it’s beautiful ! Service was amazing as I thought I had ordered but I hadn’t checked out correctly so when I contacted them they arranged a super quick delivery for me so I had my gift in time. I couldn’t of asked for more x

Bunny Nappy Caddy - 10/10
I just recently ordered from here and the delivery was so quick! 2-3 days from time of order! The packaging was beautiful which was so handy has this was a baby shower present so I am able to gift this as it came. The quality is also perfect! My sister in law loves her new nappy caddy🫶🏼

The most beautiful items, and the best customer service even after a little issue, Natalie was so helpful and fulfilled my order and more. Beautifully quality
I purchased the caddy, teething ring and the sensory black and white book. These are a gift for our new grandchild.
The items arrived promptly, beautifully packaged and the quality of the caddy was amazing. You can’t buy this kind of quality or workmanship easily. Definitely a great gift for someone.

Lovely nappy caddy with lots of space for nappies, wipes and toiletries. Would highly recommend. Very good value for money and easy to carry.
The milestone discs were a great size and come in a beautiful gift bag.

I was watching a story on Instagram when I noticed a gorgeous boucle nappy caddy and I had never seen anything so beautiful. I ordered one for my first grandchild. I was so excited that I forgot to put in the delivery details! But the staff contacted me and arranged the order. It arrived fast and is even more beautiful. I have reordered some more gifts for my grandchild as the quality, uniqueness and value for money is outstanding! Also the customer service is second to non!! Beautiful gift set
My best friends bought me a Louchie Baby gift set when my little girl arrived. It was honestly the best gift I could have imagined. Beautifully wrapped, with gorgeous gifts for both baby and me. I particularly loved the bamboo teething ring. I’m definitely going to purchase one of these sets next time someone I know has a baby, just beautiful.

Ribbed lounge set - sage
Communication has been excellent.
Arrived just two days after I placed the order! Well packaged, didn’t arrive all screwed up like some do, I put my baby in it straight from the delivery.
The clothes are really good quality, have a lovely soft feel with loads of stretch. We’ll definitely get a lot of wear out of it.
Colour is exactly as depicted on screen.
Cuffed ankles and wrists are a bonus! So even though it’s a big size for my baby he’s already in it.
Will definitely be going back for another set.
