Great service after initial delivery issue
I purchased a LoudCup after a mom that saw me with it at my son’s hockey game and loved it, so I decided to get one for her. Unfortunately, my initial order was lost in transit, but their customer service team handled the situation quickly and professionally.
I really appreciated how responsive and understanding they were. It’s clear they value their customers and stand behind their service. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company makes it right, and they absolutely did. I would definitely order from them again!

Terrible service
Terrible service, I ordered a cup and it never delivered for 2 years, then when I was reminded it never showed I asked for another only for it to be delivered across the country in New Hampshire after I payed AGAIN for the shipping of the second cup.
P.s. I cannot even go back far enough to the original purchase date on this form for the date of experience. Real trouble was November of '24

Exceptional Customer Service

Sadly, shipping and handling can be a bit hit-or-miss, and the cup didn’t arrive in the best shape. I got in touch with Loudcup, told them what happened, and sent over some photos. They were super quick to get back to me and fix the problem. Their amazing customer service made everything go so smoothly, turning a potentially frustrating situation into a great one. I’m definitely planning to buy more from them in the future. Highly recommended!

I love these cups. My kids go crazy.
I ordered two in 2024. Then ordered a new one with the lid, straw lanyard, and number sticker. I am super excited!! These cups are really fun and greatly priced. I had some questions and they helped me with everything I needed and felt genuine. (You don't get stuck talking to robots) this company is great. Thank you all again!

Not what you expect it to be
Just received loud cup and it was not was I was expecting. Feels incredibly cheap and the loud horn isn’t as loud as the online videos make it to be. I was planning on buying more for a bachelor party but after reading other negative reviews, going to skip it. Now if they created this in a stainless insulated version, I’d be all over it. I’m sure in a year or two there will be a better option. I think this product has a lot of potential but current model is not worth the hype.

I recently lost the lid to my LoudCup (total user error on my part—happens way too often at tailgates). I reached out to their support team, not expecting much beyond maybe a paid replacement lid option, but they completely blew me away.
Alyssa handled my request personally and replaced the entire cup for free—no questions asked, no proof needed, no hassle whatsoever. She responded to my email the very next day, was super friendly and professional, and got everything sorted quickly.
In an age where customer service can feel so impersonal or frustrating, Alyssa and the LoudCup team made it effortless and genuinely appreciated the customer. The cup itself is already a favorite—keeps drinks ice-cold, the built-in horn is hilariously loud and perfect for games—but knowing their support is this good makes me a customer for life.
If you’re thinking about getting a LoudCup, do it. Great product + exceptional service (shoutout to Alyssa!) = unbeatable combo. Highly recommend! 🏈📣

I love that I was able to reach out…
I love that I was able to reach out with a question. I didn't love how I was kind of talked down to, like: "as stated on our website" as I did not even realize I was ordering special order items; to even look at the terms of estimated times for shipment on special order items. I saw "low on stock" and thought there was stock to be shipped ready. BUT I was very appreciative with how quick I got a response from the support team, and they definitely answered my question! :)
