Very disappointed with my experience. I bought what I believed to be back to back door handles, from a listing which showed two handles in the image. However, two sets turned out to be two handles.

The returns policy is very complicated, and return postage cost is down to the customer, and the refund will be issued without delivery cost.

So a misleading advert led to a significant out-of-pocket experience for me.

Not yet received a refund, will see how the process goes. Very disappointed.

Amazing service from this company. Next day delivery and the quality of these handles is superb! I have used them on bedroom drawers. The handles have elevated them to a statement piece. I love them 10/10

I have not received my order. I received an email on 20th Dec. telling me " We are getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent ". I have had no further communication and the order has not arrived.

It turned out that I ordered the discontinued model. One star for a fast delivery. I ordered it on Friday morning and the item arrived on Monday. That is one star. However, they sent me a wrong model, that is much smaller model and it's not good for purpose as it would leave a mark from the current one. Another point is that I paid about 90 pounds and the model they sent me was about 20 pounds. They didn't send me the refund immediately. They said that they sent me an email asking me about the model discontinued but I didn't receive it, I looked around everywhere and couldn't find it. I asked them to resend a copy of an email but they couldn't reproduce it. They refunded me the difference after I asked them. Otherwise what would they have done? I sent them back with my own cost. I asked for the return label and they only gave me the return address. Then I emailed them asking for the refund after I saw that my return was received. They refunded me for the entire cost minus their shipping cost. I felt that they should have refunded me for their shipping plus my return cost because it seems to me that it was their mistake. Other stockist I contacted after that, they all refunded me immediately with an apology email that they put the product as available on their website when they were actually discontinued. I think Lovehandles should have done the same, rather than sending the model whatever doesn't fit my door. Fortunately I found other stockist who had my item in their stock and got it and it was even cheaper. Be careful if you are ordering an item that is discontinued. There are other stockists who are much more making sense and provide you with more pleasant shopping experience.
