I ordered a Lovingly Box for a dear friend. There was a mix up at my friends side about receipt of the box (long story) so I messaged Julie who promptly replied and did everything to help solve the mystery. Turns out it was at my friends all the time but I forgot to add my name to the note so she didn’t realise it was from me. When she did she said she was blown away by how beautiful the gift is and all its contents. She was thrilled! So thanks Julie and team for the packaging, presentation and patience while we located the box and of course the joy it has brought my friend :-).

Such a gorgeous gift box to both send & receive. The packaging is so pretty, the items are high quality and the hand written note is a lovely touch. I had a small question when ordering and the customer experience was also superb. Highly recommend.

I received a Lovingly gift box following brain surgery. I cannot begin to explain how gorgeous this gift was and how much it lifted my spirits. The packaging was beautiful and it was like Christmas finding one fabulous product after another. This gift brightened up my day so much as my bed became covered with various little bursts of sunshine! The box included lovely cards with sayings that really spoke to me at a dark time. I subsequently ordered a Lovingly box for a grieving friend. It was so easy and arrived so quickly. I know the impact was great as I had experienced it myself. This is a great company and a great idea. Do not hesitate in ordering one!

I used this company to send out presents across Europe in December '21. I contacted Julie very last minute and she could not have been more helpful. With a very short lead time, she organised beautiful boxes which were very very well received. I couldn't be more impressed by both the quality of service and quality of the products. Both were exceptional. I will be definitely be ordering from Lovingly again.

As both a receiver and a sender of a lovingly box, I could not recommend them highly enough. I was lucky to be sent one by a friend who included some Mookie and Boo products, flower bombs, sleepy balm and more. The products were of the absolute highest quality and it felt like receiving a box of luxury when I absolutely needed it. The presentation was stunning, it smelled glorious and I still have beautiful purple ribbon it was wrapped in. As a sender of the box to a friend, he absolutely adored it. He said he could smell the beautiful lavender as soon as it arrived! So much care, love and thought has been put into this company and everything they do and produce. 12/10 for everything from quality, to service!!

The products in this box were unfortunately quite disappointing. The card I ordered wasn’t in the box, instead another one was included. This was obviously an important sentiment chosen to be included in the bid but a random one was included instead. The bag of jellies was very small and did not have the variety as shown on the website. The salted almond chocolate was absolutely awful. It was a bar of tasteless chocolate with a few almonds sitting on top. The shortbread biscuits and chocolate spoon were good and we’ll see how the flower bombs turn out next year. The best thing about the box was the presentation and the fact that 15% of the profit went to charity.

When words aren't enough this is perfect. So beautifully and thoughtfully presented and so easy to do. Love everything Lovingly does and will continue to gift with them x

The process was so easy I opted to make my own box from the selection available on the site. It was nice also to see on Instagram site what the box looks like when unpackaged. I love that a percentage goes to Irish cancer society and the whole back story of this products evolution. Such a lovely gift for ur loved ones. Will definitely use again x

Purchased a Lovinglybox for a friend! It arrived so promptly & when I messaged to check if it could be posted out the morning after I ordered it as I ordered late, the customer service was superb! Very thoughtful and different gift to give someone to show you are thinking of them. Really highly recommend!

Ordered the lovingly box for a very dear friend who's relocating and I dare say the customer service I got is definitely the best I have ever had;top notch👌The thoughtfulness and patience in helping choose the items to go in the box was everything, and the delivery was swift.

The one thing that did stand out most for me and really warmed my heart was the extra time spared to listen to me, a total stranger, far from home/family, talk for a bit about how much I missed home🥺. I have been terribly overwhelmed lately and it meant a lot that she'd take time to listen even after I was done placing my order, she spared some time to chat and it was refreshing having someone to talk to for a bit.

My friend loved the box and I am happy she's happy....I am definitely looking forward to sending more boxes to loved ones and to myself soon😊 and I'll definitely recommend it to people I know

I received this beautiful box (Life is tough darling but so are you) from friends after I was diagnosed with cancer. From the packaging to first opening it I was instantly floored, everything inside was gorgeous and the sweet messages made me emotional. As an added bonus, they contribute 15% of their profits to the Irish Cancer Society so it was truly the perfect gift.

The lovingly boxes are amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to send one to anyone who is suffering loss or going through a difficult time. All the items are of amazing quality and a lot of them are sourced from Irish businesses so it’s a great way to support local also. 💜
