We had a situation with an uncooperative taxing body where the tax certifications and municipal lien letters weren't received until mere hours before closing. Owen, Michaelene, Sonja and Jessica all jumped into an All hands on deck situation, got the final clear to close, balanced with us for final numbers and we were still able to make it to the closing table with plenty of time. We ended up with very happy buyers, sellers and agents!

I just completed a VA refinance with lower.com and had the most positive experience with the process. I worked with Sam Berman who gave me a great rate, was knowledgeable about the VA process and made the entire experience go very smooth, quickly and without any complications.

Our loan officer Shawn really helped us out. We had a challenging situation that he was able to navigate and get our loan closed. Really appreciate his responsiveness to my many questions and concerns. Wish he could get the underwriters to do the same. In any event, when we refinance in a couple years, we will be looking to go through Shawn and Lower again.

My loan originator, Sean O’Neil, is kind, upbeat, patient, and very considerate of an old lady with minimal computer skills. He is keeping me aware of every step being taken to help me secure this loan and directs me patiently in areas I need more assistance.

Nick, was amazing assisting us with our refinance. He was able to save us some money and kept the process moving. We were able to close much quicker than expected due to his work. We look forward to working with him again in the future.
