I learned about Low Stress Options from The Tom Woods Show, so I knew that I could trust the claims on the landing page. However, I still had questions that I wouldn't really be able to answer without trying it out:

- What if the program shuts down? With my current means, my personal goals would take around five years to hit, and that's a LONG time in the online service world.

- Will it REALLY only take an hour or two of my time each week? (I'm not nearly as smart as Tom.)

Two months into trading, I no longer feel anxious about either of those things.

When I signed up, I fully expected to see less-than-average results for my first year or so, since I have zero stock trading experience. I figured that even if I did "badly" and made half a percent per week, that would be 30% over a year, which sounded good enough to me.

In actuality, while I'm only two months in and these numbers obviously can and will change, my current weekly average is 1.34%. I started with a 10k account, and I've already made over 1.5k.

In regard to time investment: As you would expect, there is some heavy time investment up front: going through several hours' worth of training at least a few times; setting up and funding an account; learning your way around the ThinkOrSwim software.

Also, as you would expect (if you're like me), the first couple days and first couple weeks of trading the framework are not smooth sailing. You're spending extra time making sure you're not skipping a step or pressing the wrong button, or making some other costly mistake.

This is only my eighth week trading, but at this point I have no problem saying it really does only take about an hour or so on the weekend or on Monday morning to figure out what to trade for the week. And during the week, I really do just have to peek at my phone an hour before market close. If there's anything I need to do at that time, it takes less than 15 minutes, and even less than that once you get the hang of it.

Because of my work schedule, I'm not even able to attend the live Monday morning calls, but it hasn't been a problem at all. The recordings are uploaded so I can watch the replay, but (and maybe Troy will yell at me for this) I haven't even done that most of the time, because I feel just fine "following the framework".

And that touches on the other question: While the web app and the weekly calls and the community are well worth the $100/month, the LSO framework does not directly involve any of them. I would be very unhappy if I lost access to the program any time soon, but I'm already confident that, once I have enough practice under my belt, I could just invest some extra time and continue to apply the framework on my own if it ever came to that.

The LST team is terrific! Troy holds the line with clarity & firmness, while leaving plenty of room for John to offer additional perspectives. Jenny & Lindsay are ready and available with their expert-level insights too. Together they provide an excellent mix of styles & lots of opportunities each week to share valuable thoughts & take questions. They consistently overdeliver on showing up, being transparent, and offering support, week in, week out. Championship team!

I heard about this program from a podcaster from whom I have learned a lot of philosophical and practical knowledge over the years. I will retire from teaching next year and have accumulated a very comfortable nest egg thru buying and holding stocks. I started this program last June knowing absolutely nothing about options. I am making about 1% per week, and that is with making some mistakes. I started small, a $5000 account. I plan to add another $5000 this month. If all goes as it seems I will open a 6 figure IRA account at the beginning of next year and open trust accounts for my grandchildren next summer. So far this has been educational, enjoyable and profitable.

PROS:

* The teaching and support team is experienced, accessible, and genuinely eager to help.

* The entire team roots for your success. A special shoutout to our advocate, “Chicken” Jenny Hendricks—she's always ready for a text thread or phone call, listening to your concerns and even talking you off the ledge when needed.

* Visible team members (Troy, John S., Lindsay, Jacob, Jenny, et al.) are refreshingly transparent about their successes, failures, and even personal finances. Behind the scenes, folks like John Woods and Ben Settles keep the platform running smoothly and continually improve the technology.

* They offer deep, specific training for nearly every trading scenario imaginable. They've encountered most pitfalls and provide practical advice to navigate them.

CONS:

* The process eventually becomes low-stress, but only after a steep, high-stress learning curve. Expect to invest scores—if not hundreds—of hours before scaling down to 1-2 hours per week.

* The main instructors are so fluent in the material that they struggle to empathize with newbies. To succeed, we must adapt to their world rather than vice versa.

* The instruction feels like a patchwork quilt:

** Training relies solely on videos, which isn't ideal, especially as they add important asides scattered throughout. There's some structure, but plenty of topic-jumping.

** No written materials or outlines are provided; instead, you're told to rewatch videos—sometimes up to ten times—until it sinks in.

** I've gone through the training twice and compiled 60 pages of notes so far, which I find far easier to reference than rewatching, especially for quick decisions (e.g., "Do I roll now or wait?").

** With multiple instructors and evolving focuses, you might watch outdated videos (e.g., on fundamentals analysis). The education is still a moving target, frustrating for beginners. They plan to redo all videos from scratch, which would help immensely.

** Some content uses one platform (e.g., Robinhood), while others use another (e.g., ThinkOrSwim). You'll sift through irrelevant sections or mentally adapt advice to your setup.

KEY CONSIDERATIONS (NEITHER PRO NOR CON):

* If you're not financially literate, this will change you—and if you're not ready for that transformation, or if you want to jump straight to 1-2 hours per week without effort, don't start.

* The Low Stress Options (LSO) process must integrate into your lifestyle until it's second nature. Troy and John S. are seasoned Jedi traders; to succeed, embrace being a Padawan. You'll research companies, ponder stocks, markets, and economic trends daily. Without that commitment, skip it.

I'm committed to this for my children and grandchildren's future, so I'm grateful for the opportunity LSO provides, the comprehensive training, and the exceptional team behind it.

If you're prepared to learn and invest the time, LSO could be a game-changer for you.

The simplicity of this program compared to the yields I get is just out of this world!

They only teach what is needed to make these very simple and relatively specific trades on a weekly basis and then you go about your daily life without worrying about what the market is doing. I literally spend about an hour on Monday morning and then less than 5 minutes a day in this program (I admit, I spend more time checking in needlessly and watching to see if there is a way I can do more). There is nothing more to do than that.

I have been in the program for 3 months and have never been part of a group with better support or more engaging staff. The questions I have about the program are quickly answered by the team or the community inside the course, and any tech support questions I have had have been answered or at least addressed within minutes, and resolved within hours.

I am in the process of switching my children's accounts over to this and have already gotten my oldest signed up to do her trades herself.

This is not a set-it-and-forget-it type of program. It requires input and management but it is on such a small level of time commitment that this is hands down the best income per hour I ever even imagined I could be capable of.

My experience with Low Stress Trading has been fantastic. I heard about it from a much trusted source which was the only reason that I gave it a try; it seemed almost too good to be true. My results have been very consistent and have even exceeded my expectations. The training is very in-depth and the framework that Troy and John have developed covers all bases. Between the weekly calls and other communications, as well as the community, any questions are answered and it is very helpful to see what others are doing with their trading. Troy, John, Lindsay, Jenny and the rest of the crew are quick to jump in and help. The service provided by the Low Stress Trading team has been phenomenal and the platform contains extremely useful, as well as plentiful, tools. The Low Stress Trading framework has shifted my financial goals in a way that I had not believed possible. I only wish that I had found LST sooner!

I have been mildly active in trading prior to this course and membership, but it never seemed like the return was worth the rollercoaster. Just buy an S&P ETF. This framework works, and the multiple weekly live calls with Troy, John, Jenny, and Lindsey, plus Jacob on the community forum, are great resources to help you trade through the drops. Are there resources and strategies that will earn you more? Yes. Can you trade those strategies with a couple of minutes of work Monday through Friday and a couple of hours on Sunday? Not that I have found. And I have found the huge amount of resources available with Low Stress Trading has made me a better trader when trading outside of their strategy. If you have money to trade, the buy-in is worth it.

When I first heard about Low Stress Trading, I was a bit of a skeptic. But I cautiously took the plunge, and I'm so glad that I did. I took some time to go through the training (cannot over-emphasize the value of the training and of carefully absorbing it!) and took my first trade 10 weeks ago.

Since then, I have had steady growth by trading within the framework. The gains have been as promised, but the support and resources have been over-the-top! Troy and John are great: different personalities, different trading styles, playing off of each other, and providing a way for individual traders to find their place and their own style within the framework. Lindsay, Jenny, and the whole rest of the team have been great, providing support, answering questions, encouraging and guiding along the way.

My experience has been that this team consistently over-delivers. The framework easily lives up to what was promised (which in comparison to other similar products I've been involved with is in itself an over-delivery).

But this team really shines in two other areas: training and the strength of the community.

Additional training is often added to the site. Some is in the form of additional clarification and explanation, available at no additional cost. Some of it is in the form of additional courses, but without the strong "upsell" experienced so often from providers like this.

The second area of over-delivery is in strength of the Low Stress community. This community really enhances the overall experience. There are weekly calls (recorded and available for on-demand viewing) along with a vibrant posting community. John and Troy (and the rest of the team) are transparent about, not only their trades, but also their thinking.

I could not be more pleased with my experience so far, and recommend this team to anyone willing to put in the time and effort to absorb the training and revolutionize your financial life!

I was perfectly happy living my life believing that trading frameworks such as this were mostly a scam. Then a trusted friend told me about Low Stress Trading. It's been everything they promised and more! The value both Troy and John provide in the initial training as well as the ongoing calls and community discussion is second to none. They have also build out a massively responsive team (Jenny, Lindsay and Lance to name a few) that provide quick answers to any questions or problems you might encounter.

This program has been life-changing for me.

Even though I have been successful in my career and as a business owner, joining the Low Stress Trading community has revolutionized the way I look at investing and financial planning. My retirement goal has gone from "maybe someday that would be nice..." to "I think I can comfortably retire in five years. At age 42."

This program delivers on its promises. Period. The methodology has worked exactly as advertised for me. It took a (relatively) small investment of my time, money, and mental energy to learn the framework, and an even smaller amount of time to implement it. Joining Low Stress Trading has been life changing. There's only been a few things in life that act as a demarcation line of before/after - most importantly accepting Christ, marrying my wife, having children, learning Infinite Banking, and learning the Low Stress Trading model.

As part of the Woods-Caucus, I knew from the start it was a reputable company... but I never expected such great results and PERSONAL SUPPORT!!!! Troy, John, Jenny (who has answered every text), Lindsay and Jacob are the best. Every question is answered in the courseware, and if it isn't, it is in the community message board (often times answered by those mentioned above). The online courses take about a week, but the real learning comes with the weekly calls (whether watched live or the recordings), where they "put their money where their mouths are" and conduct LIVE TRADING! I cannot recommend this highly enough! If you ever wanted to learn how to actually make money, with "Low Stress", this is the way to do it!

I have only traded this framework for 5 weeks so far and the income generated for me is already replacing about half the income from my job. This course has allowed me to look at my timeline of retirement and has given me opportunities to look for higher education and a career shift.

It is a simple course and as a complete newbie to options trading, I have gotten results AS ADVERTISED which has been incredible.

Before buying LSO, I remember reading the reviews on here too. They were overwhelmingly positive. People raved about how simple the framework was, how they’ll be retiring years earlier, etc. And all I can think was: “I hope you’re not lying you Sons Of B***es.”

A few days later, I took the leap of faith and I can report back that … yes its true! The framework is simple! You could make money no matter which way the market goes! In fact, the framework itself is genius! It taught me risk management. Scenario planning. Discipline. And patience.

But here’s the thing: Though the framework is simple, it does require some effort to learn. As any good thing should. But frankly, the effort required is almost laughably small. Here's what I did: For a month, I hunkered down and watched the entire training twice. Then … I recalled from memory what I’ve watched to burn the lessons into my memory. And that's it. Then I took my first trade and … BAM! I got paid. I couldn’t believe it. I was thrilled to see the sweet premium flow into my account. Then I took my second trade. And my third. And so far, it’s been working just as Troy said. Now, keep in mind, I haven’t dealt with all the trading scenarios that may happen. So I can’t really comment on the rest of the framework since I haven’t put the strategies to use yet. But that’s actually a good thing. Because if you follow the framework and don’t think you’re some genius who’s above it all, the only scenario you should be dealing with most of the time is placing the trade on Monday morning (takes about 2 - 5 min, not including research), then checking your puts once a day (takes about 30 seconds). And that’s it. You’re done. Money comes in. And because you take so little risk you could actually sleep well at night.

Now aside from the framework, the community is fantastic! I love Troy. I love John. I love Jenny. They’re all straight shooters, who tell you how it is. And their banter is hilarious. All in all, I feel blessed to have found this community. I feel blessed to have strong, honest leaders guiding us. In a world filled with liars and psychopaths, I’m thankful to have found the “good” guys. Thanks!

Low Stress Trading is a fantastic program. When I first heard about it, I thought it must be too good to be true; but because I trusted the person I heard about it from, I gave it a chance. The training was excellent and thorough, and the results were as promised. I made back the cost of the training after a month of trading. The community, support, and software platform are top-notch. Troy, John, Jenny, Lindsay, and the rest of the team are great and are dedicated to our success. I thank God that He brought this program into my life.

I have been very pleased with Low Stress Trading. The framework is stunningly simple and only requires a little courage to execute. In my two months I am averaging 1.39% return per week. The community is vibrant and engaged. I am especially impressed by the personal interest that Troy, John, Lindsay, and especially Jenny have in my success.

The course on trading options was very easy to follow and confidence inspiring. I took a couple weeks to absorb the training and then dove right in. I started trading options in June and I've made money every week. My average return has been a little above the the target 1%. I could tell you exactly what my returns are with the reports available with the membership. The community is also very valuable. I had one week where I didn't hit 1%. If I had been more engaged with the discussion board I would have avoided a less than optimal trade.

At one point when I was going through the Low Stress Trading system, Troy mentions that when you first start it's not going to make a heck of a lot of sense but once you start to internalize the teachings and start doing the process you start to see through the matrix and you gain a better understanding of the world of trading.

I'm currently entering Week 4 of my live trading and I've reached the part in The Matrix where Neo says "I know Kung Fu" as in I may not understand absolutely everything but I'm entering a state of wonder with it.

The other part of the system is that there are build ins for when you screw up. I made a mistake in my very first week of trading and by next week I was able to resolve the situation with profits because they built in for it. You know how they put in bumpers when you go bowling? That's what they've built here as well.

I look forward to learning and doing more and sharpening my skills and growing my account over time.

After day trading Forex & Futures with mixed results, my son told me about LST. I am new at it (2 months) but I can already see the huge difference in results. In day trading you can have great days but followed by nasty ones. LST is simple and not a get rich quick scheme. I am very happy with attaining 1% PER Week avg. compounded - oh yeah.
