This is, by far, the most valuable investing course I’ve ever taken, and I’ve worked in financial services for 20 years. I’ve seen a lot of different financial strategies and investment ideas come and go. I’ve worked alongside many different financial planners, investment advisors, and have subscribed to many different investment newsletters over the years.

A common theme with all professional advisors, and most investment newsletters, is they take a top-down, authority-driven approach. They give you the answers. You follow. There’s no actual learning, and thus there’s no possibility of you becoming independent. This keeps the investor dependent on the financial advisor or newsletter publication. In a sense, you can never really be successful that way—you’re merely riding off the success of the advisor or newsletter feeding you all the answers. You’re helpless and your success is at the mercy of someone else.

Troy and John take a radically different approach.

They’ve created a course that actually teaches you how to invest in stock options, and be successful with it. You “learn how to fish”, so to speak, so that you can develop independence and not rely on others for investment advice or opinions.

I won’t say it’s without risk. Options can be extremely risky, and you can lose a ton of money. There are a myriad of ways any options strategy can go sideways on you—including this one. And, while I do think this is a great course on options investing, it’s not going to solve all your money or financial problems. Don’t get me wrong. The returns you can make are phenomenal, but rate of return isn’t (always) everything. There are many (many) different facets of a good financial plan.

With that said, Troy and John have done an amazing job with this course, and they do their very best to show you how to avoid most of the serious mistakes an investor can make when doing options trading. And, in the process, you can potentially make a lot of money.

I say “potentially” because it really does depend on your own efforts, initiative, and sticktoitiveness. There are no guarantees in the options market. Your success with this investing strategy also depends on how much capital you have to start with, and how much access to capital you’ll have as time goes on if things go sideways. But Troy and John teach you how to make this strategy as low stress as humanly possible.

As for actual results, I can’t complain. I’ve made back far more than what the course cost with my first few trades. As for longer-term results… I could quit trading right now, liquidate all my positions, and walk away with almost 3x what the S&P500 has returned to investors, and it’s only August (as of this writing). I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited about investing… ever in my career.

I can’t tell you whether you should buy into LSO. You’ll have to decide that for yourself. What I can tell you is I’m extremely happy with the results. My only regret (if you can call it that) is I wish I had known about this 20 years ago.

These guys are real. I haven't started, but am excited to learn something about investing that I can do myself! By real I mean these guys are willing to do this program as a way to help others. (PERIOD) Their hearts are in the right place. Will update when I start investing next week.

Long ago (I'm talking 40 years ago), in a galaxy far, far away I traded commodities.
And lost my shirt.

One of his business partners, Troy Broussard, has built a solid, successful, rinse & repeat method of trading options that he calls Low Stress Options (LSO).
Whether you've never traded options because you thought they were too complicated and risky or you're a seasoned investor with a background in options you will love the simplicity of the Low Stress Options method.
Even though I was familiar with commodities this was a whole new language.I was able to learn at my own pace by playing, pausing, and replaying all the video lessons. If I had questions, and there were a ton of them at the beginning, I could always get a quick answer from Troy, his partner John, or the entire community of traders that were a part of LSO.
There were also weekly Zoom calls where Troy and John showed exactly every trade they were making as well as answering any question, no matter how trivial or complicated it was. The support from them and the community of like-minded traders is priceless. They had all been in that same boat I was at the beginning--not knowing squat about options.
There is no perfect trading system--no one could have predicted a 911 event or other market shaking news but, once I got it in my head that even if a trade goes against me there are still ways to continue to make money each and every week with the LSO method.
Believe me, you will have trades that don't go the way you expect but this Low Stress method showed me how to handle those and NOT LOSE MONEY. That was the game changer for me--embracing the fact that I could continue to make money weekly by shifting to the proper strategy to handle the unexpected.
The goal is a modest 1% per week. That may sound like a pittance but even at simple interest that's 52% a year.
I will not guarantee your success. But, if you follow the lessons, participate in the community forum, and engage in the weekly Zoom calls you should have no trouble making money.

Only 5 Stars For This Crew! I knew absolutely nothing about Trading when a friend introduced me to the Low Stress team about a year ago. And while it takes time to learn and things shift in the market, the communication from Low Stress has been first class. The training is beginner friendly and easily to follow, the support is unmatched, and they are always looking for feedback from the group to make it better and better. Best money I've spent investing in my families future yet!

It's hard to know who to trust in the trading game. People are always making big promises and under delivering.

Great news on how you are sharing the management of your health. I am a true believer in self-realization.
I am glad to have met you (and John) thru my close friend, Jonnie Walker. It has been a great challenge for me to begin to learn the numbers of how the stock market works. I am a scientist by nature and a nurse by profession. My take on how to collaborate with patients and docs and other disciplines in the hospital has always been a practical one. With the new formula of how to manage my money, the LST Way, I have more control over my free time, Which has become my greatest asset over the past 15 years of my life. Now, LST is adding to my low-stress lifestyle!

I came into this knowing nothing about trading. So, at first there was a learning curve. But after going through the material more than once and participating in the live calls every Monday, I feel very confident with this system. And the returns are crazy good. The great thing about this is Troy and John are in the trenches with us. They're not preaching like some gurus on high, they're taking trades and making money alongside us.

I had a natural dislike for anything that had to do with trading. I had zero knowledge about this topic. Living in an European country it felt like an extra leap of faith to buy the American course of Troy and John. But also with euro's and the time zone difference, it turned out very feasible to book results.

It took me 1 month to set everything up and take my first trade (can be done faster). Must admit those first weeks of trading didn't feel low stress to me. But I had the forum to ask all my questions and read the experiences of others. The weekly live calls are gold. I love how Troy and John always go over their trades and afterwards go into answering questions.

Being very skeptical and afraid of making mistakes I started of with a small 2K account. Which I soon started to put more money into.
6 months after starting trading, I'm at 12.7K of which 2.3K are nett premiums (after commissions) that I earned.

It took me 4.5 months to earn back the investment of the course. Compared to a lot of fellow students, this is a bit long, but I'm very happy with this result! Given that I prefer to do things more conservative.

Even with no trading background, not a lot of starting capital and some beginners mistakes I'm getting results every week!

If you are willing to put in some effort to learn and not complicate trading, this course is something I can fully recommend. No pushy sales tactics inside the course. It feels like John and Troy are 7/7 available to support. Love it :)

They really care about your success and it shows, but they’re also very upfront about what they can and can’t control.

And they present the material and resources in a very fun way, which is a rare thing with this type of content!

I purchased this program in June of 2023. I was very skeptical. But 1% a week sounded possible. So I started very small. I liked it right away for taking so little time each day.
It was easy to understand, logical. This happens, do this kind of easy actions.
Weekly live calls where Troy and John show their trades then answer questions really gave me confidence I was doing right. They are very helpful with questions and these live calls are like plopping down beside them with your laptop and trading together. But like the best teachers, they don't tell you what to do. Rather, they help you learn to answer that for yourself.
The 1% was true. It was proven very quickly in my trades. I added a little more money. Same result.
Bad timing. An MRI in August showed a brain tumor which was partially removed in late September.
Could I continue to trade? I was going to try. I setup my son to close my trades, should the worst happen.
It didn't. But the tumor was cancerous and I was promised a year of radiation and chemotherapy.
Again, because LSO is so simple and fast, even on the worst days, my trades get done. Do I make more mistakes than my friends with less-lasered brains? Probably. But this program is forgiving and the money has been life changing.
Not once have I been concerned about the cost of treatment. The peace of mind of "I got this" cannot be overstated.
I have 3 sons and 2 of them trade stocks, 1 did not. They went from, "we need to protect Dad from himself" to "you made how much?" by December.
All 3 purchased the LSO program, and you guessed it, all outshine the old man in trading.
My wife joined us too and now we are all obsessed with the magic of 1% per week. Every large purchase is measured against what it would make in our trading accounts.
I am now a full year into trading the Low Stress Options way. While I am very proud of the money I have made, I almost feel guilty for how little time was spent. Almost.
What makes John and Troy such great teachers is they are learning too. Experimenting behind the scenes with their own funds, the iterations keep coming to our benefit.
The social part of this program is really the best feature. Not only will you see lots of faces on the live calls, there is also a private forum. I hate forums generally since they become a morass of negativity so often. But not this one. First of all, nothing to be negative about. If one follows the program, they win. If they don't follow it and come in asking for help, the answers are given with zero condescension. I admit I am more lurker than contributor. But reading about how quickly someone paid for the cost of this course keeps me humble. I ain't special. I just hang around smart people.

"I got this". I said there's nothing better. "We got this" is far better, and if needed, I know "They got this", thanks to options and the team at LSO.

I've been using this program for the past 10 months and am averaging 1.5% per week in returns. This is the easiest trading I've ever used.

The training is easy to understand and execute, and I have made more money this past year than any other year I have traded in.

Over the past 20 years, I have bought a couple of different trading courses, and read several books, and subscribed to several different (paid) trading newsletters. This course beats all the others ones hands down. The approach is truly 'low stress', and takes 1-2 hours per week to manage. I have been achieving returns in the range that they advertise (in my past 3 months of trading with this system), which is outstanding. The power of the course is the hands on nature of it. They share videos to help set up your account, to help set up charting software, and more, and they answer questions very quickly and thoroughly. On the coaching calls, they are very transparent about their own trading accounts - so we can see how they actually do it, which is quite unique and helpful.

Troy and John have created a framework that’s both simple and actually works. Kind of a unicorn so I was skeptical and started small with it, but after getting a good return on investment each week, I started scaling up. A few months in, I can see that the returns start to add up pretty quickly if you stay consistent and do the work. It’s way more simple and manageable than my regular job, and I plan to keep going until my full income is replaced. Thank you both for creating a framework that’s feasible even if you don’t have 40 or more hours to devote or a ton of money to start. All you gotta do is take action and stick with it. I've been working with Troy at Low Stress Trading for over three years, on various aspects of my business and now building my future.

Troy's dedication is unmatched; he goes all in and stands by you every step of the way. His transparency, sharing both his successes and his failures, has been incredibly valuable and I've seen it now for years now.

When I first started this program, I was hesitant and committed very limited funds. My initial trades almost immediately went south, which left me worried and frustrated. Originally I wrote the original review in 2024. It's now been almost 2 years since I learned trading through Low Stress Trading.

This was my retirement "Plan B" but it has become my PLAN A because as of this date 4/2025,

1. I've never had a negative earning week.
2. I have consistently earned more than 1% average per week on capital traded.

It seems like an exaggeration, but, genuinely, I'm not sure I could have had and continue to have an excellent experience with this company.

Investing in programs, especially financial education-related, I'm always leery and skeptical.

They are the real deal. What they offer on the website is exactly the results I'm achieving plus some.

I've discovered that if you're a) willing to put in little effort to learn, b) actually place trades and, c) are patient, then you will achieve predictable results.

Plus, they really care. If I had a problem, they addressed it. If they made an error, they admitted it and made it right.

There is heart, caring, professionalism, and expertise. A rare blend today.

Yes, sounds too good to be true even to my ears, but it is my 100% real experience.

The training is easy to follow and the trading framework is simple.

The focus on low-stress and not losing money are a refreshing change from the usual hype with most trading programs.

By sticking to the simple strategy and following the rules, it's easy to achieve steady growth with no wild swings of your account balance - or emotions.

I started with a Roth. To keep within TrustPilot guidelines, I can't give actual results. Suffice to say, since my first ever option trade on 4/1/24, I have recouped my investment in their program and exceeded the expectations.
How? I follow their framework. I've made mistakes, and the framework is very forgiving and I've not lost any money. Troy and John are ridiculously transparent and operate in full integrity. All I can say is that the framework works. Do what they teach and if you don't understand something, watch the damn videos again.
