The level of customer service at LS Engineers is extremely high to say the least.Having recently purchased some kit , Sara Sales team supervisor contacted us the same day to verify that the parts we had ordered were correct for our plant - checking the serial numbers etc - most places are just happy to take your money ! Really impressed would definitely recommend and we will certainly be engaging with LS in the future for anything we need. Also they are extremely price competitive .

Want something obscure and need it yesterday? You can't beat L&S. As good as their word, I have ordered late in the day and had it on my doormat before finishing my breakfast.

Ordered close to 4 p.m - the cut off time for same day dispatch. True to their word dispatched that day.
A bonus star for receiving my parcel the next day up in the Highlands of Scotland. Thank you.

We ordered a small and inexpensive magnet for our Bosch Garden Shredder on a Friday and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately there was a mix up and it did not go out until Saturday morning. It arrived promptly on Monday (and so I was not able to work in the garden over the weekend). However, a quick phone call and profound apologies from the company followed and my delivery charges were refunded in full. Cannot fault the customer service at all, and will not hesitate in ordering from them in the future.

I mistakenly made a purchase for an item that was out of stock. I wasn't able to wait for a back-order so L&S refunded the purchase price straight away.

This Company is nothing short of perfection! Outstanding Customer service, great products and all dispatched at the speed of light, irrespective of the size and cost of the order. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Item received next day which is very impressive given that I live in Northern Ireland and most deliveries usually take considerably longer.

The service is always very quick and they always have the parts I need to look after my chainsaws. The parts diagrams are very useful and makes it easy to find the parts I am looking for.

Very poorly managed business.
Major lack of knowledge from the staff members.They selling parts but have no clue what them parts for. Most questions regarding parts compatibility cannot be answered.
Contacted another company and within the minutes got all the answers and successfully placed my order.
DO NOT RECOMMEND

What a brilliant service I only looked for a drive belt for our old Panasonic hoover on 30/9/2025. It arrived on 1/10/2025.

Needed a carburetor for old Tecumseh chipper, they had Chinese one in stock, delivered in 24 hours. The supplied item was exactly same as original and at a decent price. I have use L&S on several occasions highly recommended, very helpful.

Ordered one day delivered the next and cheaper than ebay.

The part i ordered is perfect, delivered in a day (could be 1-3 days) and the price was right.
